 | Hi all! Long time reader, first time poster! We’ve got two forever dals of our own, and recently took on the fostering of this little 3 month old guy from our local dal rescue. We noticed he had a strange growth on his lower lip, so we took him to the vet and they had it immediately biopsied and x-rays done. Our little guy was sadly diagnosed with Papillary Squamous Cell Carcinoma- a rare type of skin cancer. We are absolutely devastated to have received this news but are 100% committed to treating him and starting the road to recovery ASAP. The vet has told us that with this very specific type of skin cancer, there is a good prognosis after the surgery to remove the growth. Has anyone ever experienced skin cancer in a puppy before? Any advice or recommendations in looking for treatment? We’re located in SoCal- If anyone knows of any vets or oncology specialists that might work with a rescue (501c3 nonprofit) please let us know! I, AA, has a kiddo in elementary school who hates going to school. I have them in the autistic class due to mild speech delay.
My kiddo hates the school. Says the reason is because the kids are "stupid." (We don't us that kind of language and we do explain that words like that can be painful) The teacher says they have great days when they are at school. I think they are masking even in an autistic classroom and burned out. We've tried to integrate into regular classroom but ofc, the verbal levels of other kids and drastic increase in numbers, from 6 kids to 20-30 kids, feels overwhelming.
I can't always keep them home for multiple reasons including, our work, school, and general affordability. I may have the opportunity to cut down school to 3 days instead of 4. I already give my kiddo a break on Wednesday.
What can I do here? Anything? Give me your perception, solution, advice... anything.

the time synchronization in my laptop always lags behind or shows wrong time . i have to manually sync the time on settings each time i open my laptop , i didn't have this type of problem before not sure why i am experiencing this now
i have tried searching for solution online and none of them seems to be of help

Treat You Batter - 9.6/10 These are my #1 right now and a hidden gem. They make everything from scratch the only issue is that they almost always sell out 😭
Avalon bakery - 8.3/10 So good, I love their chocolate peppermint seasonal cookie during this time!
Detroit Cookie Co - 8/10 I love the variety they have and the ice cream pairs well! Not all flavors are a hit and sometimes they're a little sweet.

Also meine Freundin hat jetzt zum Wintersemester an einer Fh das Frühpädagogik Studium angefangen. Direkt den Bafög Antrag eingereicht. Wie es so ist natürlich noch keine Rückmeldung außer das was fehlt usw. Dies wurde immer sofort nachgereicht. Seit dem letzten nachreichen. Ca 2,5 Monate her nichts mehr gehört.
Meine Frage wäre jetzt darf sie einen minijob oder einen StudentischeHilfskraft Job machen. Oder muss sie warten bis der Antrag durch ist Oder gibt es da sonst etwas zu beachten?

 | 1:30am in NW Virginia (near the Appalachian Mountains/Shenandoah Valley). Heard it repeat about 5 times (with 10ish seconds between each call) as the animal moved past our house into the woods. I am familiar with what fox and coyote calls sound like from living in VA & CO… but this one is new to me… initially makes me think bobcat or some other big cat?
