I have been diagnosed with GERD for over 7 years now and I have tried all kinds of things but I still have debilitating symptoms. Extreme acid reflux, burping up food after I ate it, extreme stomach pain, nausea, sinus drainage, stuck food feeling, feeling full all the time, bloating after I eat or drink, etc. I noticed the last few years that I will have eaten something, but for hours later (up to almost 18-20 hours) when I burp it will taste like that food? A common one is any time I eat bell peppers of any color, I will taste it when I burp for anywhere between 6-24 hours? Is this normal or is it a symptom of something else?

Day 2 definitely had the worst pain by far not sure why. I had my first PT appointment today and was able to bend my leg 65 degrees. My post OP appointment is December 4th. My knee and shin are still numb I’m not sure if this is the nerve block but every once in a while my leg starts twitching and I swear I can feel every incision and blood vessel/nerve that runs up my inner thigh for some reason. I haven’t taken my pain meds for over 24hrs because they make me feel like shit and prevent me from using the bathroom. Im praying that the pain doesn’t get any worse from here on out.

2024.11.30 06:30 NicoJoski Scared to start.
So As of late I have overcome my fear of meat and can eat it raw now (still tastes yuck) so My diet is raw eggs and some raw meat some cooked (small amounts of fruit) But I'm really scared to start the diet. One of the main reasons is the fat gain. I'm 19 and I went cooked carnivore to try to heal issues (nothing healed) and lose weight (that I did) although I most likely did it wrong as I basically have been starving myself and fasting to get to a low weight of 120lbs at 5'9. And I'm really scared to eat carbs/milk again. I had my first fruit today but Its like a mental battle as I am now scared of carbs and calories lol.
I know that I need to heal though which is why I want to start and I def need to gain some muscle.
I also dont have access to raw butter or raw cheese that has 0 salt unless I make it myself (too exspensive and not enough milk) Plus I can not get a oyster blender and all that stuff due to money and idk where to find em. The meat and eggs I eat are quite low quality too tbh.
Would anyone have any tips of what I could do atm? Should I just continue raw eggs meat and try get more dairy and look for places to get celery and stuff?

Long story short, I got robbed of my gaming console and had an older MSI gaming laptop that I had left for gaming. The laptop was from 2016 so it’s pretty outdated now. I’m very new to Pc’s as I recently got back into gaming and just wanted some help since the laptop is giving me a headache. What are some links to really good performance PC’s for ~$500? I know I probably wouldn’t be near a great setup, but I want to see if I will enjoy it before making a bigger purchase. Any help is greatly appreciated.
I player smaller sized games, and occasionally games like Call of Duty or GTA. I just wanted to stop freezing every 10 seconds when I play a game😂
