When I joined an IT company in bangalore, two girls who were bangalore local girls who spoke kannada and English joined the company at the same time.
Now we three being freshers were put in a project and were told to develop an application for the ongoing project
Now Whatever ideas I used to get and whatever part I used to develop I used to share with the two girls and also share the code with them and teach them.
But I could see that the two girls started having some arguments with each other. Now slowly these arguments turned into big arguments and they used to have heated arguments and then one of them would be crying and sometimes both would be crying.
Now these two girls used to fight with each other in kannada. I used to be right there whenever they used to fight and have heated arguments and cry but I never understood a word because all they spoke in kannada. It's only that after fight both the girls used to call me separately in cafeteria or other places in the campus and complain about other girl in english and tell me how the other girl is not sharing any knowledge with her and she is very clever and wants her not to learn anything and become a failure.
Now the two girls obviously developed hatred for each other and then both the girls stopped talking to each other. Then one girl once told me that she had developed severe headaches and depression because of other girl. She eventually left IT industry and stopped working.
Now what I feel is that had I known kannada I would have understood each word of them while they used to fight with each other and I could have stopped them there itself rather than sitting there without understanding anything.
These two girls were very sweet to me. They shared their feelings with me but since I didn't know kannada I could not resolve their fights and help them I really feel bad for that.
Hence north indian people out there please learn Kannada if you work in Bangalore.

 | So this being my first ever mechanical keyboard I'm quiet satisfied with the purchase. The keyboard is mostly perfect right out of the box with only few negative points. I'm no reviewer but here's my 0.002 cents Build Quality : Build quality is good. Minimal flex and sturdy overall. Switches : switches are pretty smooth out of the box but I feel there's still some lubing needed. Keycaps : I got the side printed one. Though they are good overall, the print however is not good enough. Additionally, the gradient is also not a proper gradient. It's more like the bottom 3 rows are same shade of Grey, next 2 rows bit lighter shade and the top row an additional shade lighter. Connectivity : wired and 2.4G mode works flawlessly without any noticeable delay. Bluetooth however, obviously, has slight delay. Both 2.4G and Bluetooth auto connects to the device within seconds of turning it on. Battery : 8000 mAh will probably last you atleast 7 days of regular use with 2-3 hours of daily usage with backlight on. The battery level indicator however might have some errors as even after 7 days of regular use it's still showing 100% battery left for me. Few things I didn't like about this keyboard are: 1. Polling rate is probably not 1000hz even through wired mode. 2. Keyboard has some Chinese words on it near USB port and on the bottom pannel. 3. Gradient is not a proper one.  | Prologue: I’ve seen a lot of people asking this question lately, mostly from Warhammer 40K fans, and other fandoms who also have super soldiers within their universes. I’ll do my best as an amateur Halo lore nerd, and fan to explain why Spartans typically don’t have specialized weapons. (Hint: they actually do, but it’s not as simple as “BiG gUnZ”) 1.) Halos setting is in the 2500s. The assumption is that infantry ballistic weapons are as good as they’re going to get, while still being practical, durable, and easily manufactured. (The basic assault rifle fires a 7.62x51mm FMJ and AP rounds. This is the smallest rifle rounds get within the UNSC military; and I don’t even need to explain the infamous CE magnum.) 2.) Spartans were originally designed to fight normal, non-augmented humans. They are special forces, not standard infantry. Their original tactics would have been target elimination, asset denial/demo and destabilization of the enemy, all while behind enemy lines without support. Standard UNSC weapons would have not only been requisitioned, but also necessary as it would not have been efficient to issue a special weapon that only Spartans could use, to then run out of ammunition two months into the op and just pick up standard weapons again from enemies or UNSC supply depos. 3.) Spartans are equipped with Mjolnir Armor, a highly customizable suit of power armor that acts as a means of protection, communication, maneuverability, and yes, a weapon in its own right. The wearer can tune it to their specific skill sets, traits, or even personality, giving them full control over how they engage with the enemy. (Again, keep in mind that they were designed to fight humans) 4.) Spartans were supposed to have another two years of training before being fully integrated within the UNSC as their own separate branch(under ONI of course). Maybe eventually they would have also been given their own weapons, separate from UNSC standard issue. (We see late in the Human/Covenant war the development of the “Spartan Laser” which, obviously was specifically designed with Spartans in mind. And Post War we see the Hydra, Railgun, and LMGs introduced into the Spartan branch.) 5.) The War against the Covenant forced Spartans to use whatever was at their disposal. Even if they had Spartan Specific weapons on one operation, there was no guarantee that they could always reacquire the same gear every op. It made much more sense to utilize the standard weapons of the UNSC. Stick to what you’re familiar with, know will work, and can easily acquire. 6.) FINAL POINT most of the UNSC didn’t even know of the existence of the Spartans during the early years of the war as they were mostly an experimental force. Doubtless, if they had been given more time and funding, they would have received new equipment, toys and other gear as standard Spartan issue. (I say equipment, because I don’t necessarily think they would have needed new guns. Weapons aren’t always as straightforward as “gUn” and guns aren’t even the biggest weapon in a Spartans kit.) Hi everyone I knew I wasn't going to weigh myself but I couldn't resist and used some scales at work. I'm down from 185kgs to 179kgs! Which according to my math that's a healthy average loss of about 2lbs a week! I've been doing this for 7 weeks now and I'm really happy with my progress so far and am excited to see what happens next.
I also can finally fit into my jeans! Granted they are my biggest pair but they actually fit and are comfy now instead of tight!!
Just gotta get on top of my fatigue and stomach gurgly issues in the next couple of weeks and I'll be ready to move up to 7.5mg in about 2 weeks time :) so proud of myself and just want to inspire everyone to keep at it too!

Broke IT Guy need of career advice
Hi Everyone,
I am an IT professional. My contract ended three months ago and I couldn't find another job before my last job finished because my visa was expiring and noone would give me a job. I finally renewed it for the next two years and now I am looking for jobs again. It has been three months since I am jobless. I am finding it very hard to get back to the job market I get a few interviews here and there but its cut throat. Now three months in I am running out of money. I feel like people think I was fired because there's a gap in my resume. My old boss mentioned he'd give me another contract but he has been leading me on. I was thinking of going back to retail or automotive industry where i worked before in the meantime.
Now what do you think I should do ? Should I lie and keep saying I am still at my old job? Should I remove all my IT Experience and apply for retail jobs becuase if I don't why would they take me? They will I failed the corporate life maybe i did. I still get calls for automotive Industry but once they hear I was working in IT they don't give me the job anymore
In the age of linkedin its really hard thing to do. What are your thoughts?
