I’m a litigation trainee. I was asked by the senior partner to work with a junior associate to research an important point of law. Basically the task was to find case law that proved the partner’s view was correct.
I worked into the early hours researching. I found a case I thought might be relevant, so summarised it and sent it to the associate. The associate had a quick look and agreed with me but said he was too busy to check but I should email the partner to say we found something that supports the partner’s view.
I then slept a few hours and travelled back into the office. I read the case again and thought, actually hang on, this doesn’t support the partner’s view on a very specific and technical point of law.
So I asked the junior associate please could they help me and read the case to see if I got it right. He said sorry he’s way too busy. My supervisor was at a conference that day. I expressed that I think I’d misunderstood the case but the associate said the partner needed slides on it to present to the client in the next hour.
I asked the partner if we could discuss the case as I was unsure. I gave her a printed copy of the case. She said no, she wanted the slides ASAP. So I made them and gave them to her.
The partner then presented the slides to the client. A week or so later, the partner realised the case didn’t support her view point.
Then I got bad feedback and was told I needed to learn to read cases without expecting other people to do the work for me. This was a very very technical and specific point of law.
Is this normal? Am I just a crap trainee?

 | I love this game, but god, these bots making me so tired of this game. Each game i see bot with perma-aimbot or bot that dont even know how to walk. AND NO im higher than level 15 so its not valid argument. Bots and region lock is my main 2 problems and i dont understand why devs making their game worse without a reason?? Game has 20k+ online and why we need bots? I will prefer search game for 1+ minute to play with normal humans instead of waiting 5 seconds to play 10 minutes with bots. Today i launched my game played couple games and noticed that THERES TOO MANY OF THEM. So i went to replay and result is just depressing me. My acc + replay results More than a half lobby filled with bots... I dont like to say it but I'm about to leave this game. This is my first time ever attempting to build a pc and I don't really know anything about this stuff. I've always wanted to play Skyrim with a bunch of mods, and now my dream might actually turn into reality! My question is, is my current build good enough to play Skyrim SE with mods?(I won't be using any graphics mods or 4K textures, just things that add to gameplay). I know that's a very specific question that's hard to answer, but it's literally the only reason I'm buying the PC. I can share my potential modlist if anyone wants to see it.
And can this PC last for years with good maintenance? If I can't play the game I want and if this thing can't last at least five years, then I have no reason to buy it.

Does anything here NEED to be upgraded, or does this look good enough? (I've already stretched the budget enough, so I can't do any upgrades unless 100% necessary).
Also, is the compatibility warning going to be an issue? I have no idea what BIOS are so if that needs trouble shooting I have no clue what to do.
