Panicking because I might have tapered too abruptly. Looking for some reassurance (hopefully?)
I was two weeks out from marathon when I got sick this past Monday (Nov 25). My last run was Sunday (Nov 24) and I haven’t run since (today is Nov 29)
Feeling a lot better now and going to try for a short run tomorrow, but I haven’t run at all in 5 days
Have I meaningfully lost fitness? My goal is sub 4 marathon

Started dating a great woman and the relationship took off. Intimacy, long talks, texts during the day… all the fun stuff. Then she blurts out that she can’t trust me. I was stunned. I never would cheat.
She lists out her concrete examples and says that I’m just an encounter away from cheating.
We went out to a club/music venue. We drove in separate cars as I was coming from work. I got there early and held a spot in line. An attractive young woman walks up behind me and asks a few questions about the club. We chat for a few minutes and as I always crack a joke, I poke fun at the doorman standing 20 feet away. Not mean or insulting but he was enjoying his job way too much. She leans in conspiratorially and giggles at my joke when my gf walks up at the same time and sees us laughing.
Same night, my gf goes off to stand by the stage. It’s too loud for me so I stand back and take in the crowd. It’s a fun venue so I pull out my phone and take a picture. A woman walks up next to me and says “that’s a great idea” and she takes a picture too. We compare pics and mine looks great and hers looks like it was taken with a potato. I make some joke to the same effect and she asks for help. So we stand close and tinker with her phone. Gf walks up and looks at us.
The following few days she comes out and says it. “You ask for a shaker of salt and it turns into a full conversation with a waitress!” “I can’t trust you.”
Yes, I’m chatty, a pretty boy (even at my age) and I tell awful jokes. But I never pick up, cheat , one night stand. Not judging but it is just not me.
Is my behavior going to curse me for the remainder of my dating life or is she just too much on the insecure side?

I waited two years to catch up and now that I have finished all the updates I am very excited for the future. The mashiba fight is amazing I love it. When Ippo got in to spar. I got hard guys. Still ongoing but I thought to post to get some perspective.
Me and a colleague were in PP for business, flights and hotels paid for. We stayed in a 3 star service hotel near the Russian market. Nothing fancy but rooms were big and clean.
I left after 2 days, but my colleague, a southeast asian mid20sf, stayed for 4 days more (still on business) - basically attending seminars, maybe out for dinner a couple times.
Never really needing USD since everything was paid for and most shops accepted card payment, on the last day, she went souvenir shopping and used her USD, only to be told that she was using fake dollars.
True enough, her crisp USD bills had “COPY” written on them and some Cambodian script and all her bills were the exact same. It was more than a thousand USD in 100s.
She is leaving in a couple of hours, and has already the embassy and the company that invited us involved for help. They are checking the CCTVs to see if it was any hotel staff. Police report also being done.
For sure, it was replaced in Cambodia since the fake money had Cambodian script. She always had her bag on her body except for a few times she had dinner out and left it at the hotel.
At this rate, she will be leaving without it, but is there any chance for recovery?

There’s been rumors for years that was going to reopen and then earlier this year the local news stations reported that it was finally going to reopen later this year and I remember months ago driving by and actually seeing contractors working on the facade… well it’s already later this year and it’s crickets. And it seems like they abandoned their social media accounts.

Context : I was getting really close with this guy, we had been talking for two months, facetimed, hungout, walked around in school - Thanksgiving break comes and he got dry out of no where on Tuesday night. I wake up on Wednesday and he unadded me on snapchat, instagram, tiktok even FORTNITE… I’m genuinely so confused and have thought of anything but nothing makes sense. And i’m almost 90% positive i didn’t do anything (meaning rude or weird that would turn him off).
I’ve been so sad about this the past few days because he genuinely seemed to share the same feelings. And then just like that, unadded out of nowhere for no reason. I thought about texting him because I don’t think i’m blocked but I don’t even know what I would say. I don’t have any classes with him at school but I do see him in the morning after first period. Does anyone have any advice, should I let him go? should I text him? any reasons why he would randomly ghost? Please☹️
