Should I move anything? I plan on getting a new desk to match with the rest of the room. Haven’t decided which yet. I’m either gonna get an ikea Saljan 74inch countertop supported by two alex drawers and a leg in the middle or i’m gonna get a pure white standing desk(due to its cheaper price point). But i’m still undecided as the ikea desk would offer storage. I plan on getting a vr headset so I want to have as much space I could have while still having a well decorated minimalist room. I do seek for a way to display valuable stuff nicely. Recommendations on which one to pick out and where to place it are welcomed. Also I might change my curtains since the current ones are a very odd white tone but they do their job well.

Does anyone know where in GNV (or surrounding areas) where one could find those style of Christmas trees that have long, sprawling branches and lots of space in between? I know modern trees are farmed differently to produce a fuller look, but I have always loved the traditional, Charlie Brown, whackadoodle style. I’m willing to drive 1-1.5 hours away to find my tree!

I am visiting BBSR after a long time and trying to compile a list of hobby stores. Of course, this is not a tier 1 city so we have less options, but I would still like to get your recommendations/opinions. The list so far is
- Gaming - Shield Gaming Cafe, Niladri Vihar , CNC Gaming Zone - Yeah nobody goes to gaming cafes anymore, but it is so awesome having these for reliving nostalgic reasons.
- Book Stores - Sadashiv Book World - Very nice place, as good as I when I was visiting 10 to 15 years ago. They have limited selection but it's great to browse through a book before purchasing. Walking Book Fairs - I haven't visited yet but it seems it's great based on reviews. It looks to be a passion project
- Physical Media - Time N Sound - This was an absolute favorite of mine in olden days when I used to buy Audio CDs, PSP games etc. Not sure if they still have physical media. I will confirm by going there.

I’m an almost 18 year old looking to buy a long gun and do some training with it when I’m 18. As I save up for classes, gun/guns, safes, etc,I’ve had a few questions. 1. Solid options for semi automatic rifles for home defense that will comply with Colorado’s laws? Anything that I can add on to such as optics, silencers, lasers would be awesome. 2. Any good training spots and indoor ranges from castle rock to centennial? I live in lone tree so if anything is in highlands ranch / Parker even better. 3. Can I go to ranges and shoot guns even though I’m not 18 and don’t own any? Maybe gun classes for under 18s? Only other options would be my mom taking me. But she is a felon and I can’t find out if she’s allowed to take me or not.

I was on the tube with my laptop coming back from work as usual, until I noticed a lot of heat from my backpack. I open it up and my machine is COOKING. Hot to the touch everywhere. The fans were completely off. It burned a part of the laptop compartment in my bag. I turned it on and let the fans blow at full speed for a while but goddamm. It was the hottest my laptop has ever been.
Was it not in sleep mode? I use it like I do everyday and this is the first time this is happening. Is my i9 starting to die? It works completely fine now. Same temps as usual.

Finally ground enough to unlock Beanstalk and Olympus, finished the in land quests but still have the bit from the book to go. Plus Eugene’s Lvl 10 and the last bit, plus the last bit to grind to get Hades to 10 and his last friendship quest. Oh and the final snippet collections to finish the book puzzles.
And yes, even know Sally and the Floating Isles are waiting in a week, I feel even the week plus I had was a great experience so far. I really love how the game writers make you connect with all the characters and the idea that we can all coexist. I still wish they did more follow up period of adjustment quests with the villains (Ursula arguably has the best with her Vanessa skin), but it’s all good.
Just keep refreshing the book with more puzzles (MUCH better than ScrableCoin) and looking forward to Sally, Aladdin, Jasmine and what is coming from Wonderland. The game is a great experience and you feel rewarded for all the work put in, bugs and all.

I'm a 42F normally healthy, diagnosed with spontaneous left internal carotid artery dissection on November 13th. I was diagnosed after I developed pulsatile tinnitus prompting a CT angio (findings below). I have since been started on 20mg rivaroxaban and I am booked in for a follow-up CT angio on December 17th and follow-up appointment with the vascular surgeon on the 20th. Since starting the Rivaroxaban, the pulsatile tinnitus has mostly disappeared, but I still get quite bad headaches, especially if I've been in front of a computer screen for a long time, and recently I've had some mild numbness/light feeling of pressure behind my left ear and left eye. Vision still fine and I don't have any other symptoms that indicate stroke. My question is:
- Is the numbness normal for this type of injury and nothing to be overly concerned about?
- Should I report the numbness to my vascular surgeon before my appointment on December 20th, or is it probably okay to wait until then?
- How long do the headaches usually last in these type of injuries? I've read in journal articles anywhere from 72hrs to 4 years, but it would be good to know your experiences with this.
FINDINGS:
There is an intimal flap in the cervical segment of the left internal carotid artery and contrast
opacification of both lumens; these 70% narrowing of the true lumen involving approximately 13 mm
length of the vessel. No intracranial extension of the intimal flap.
Bilateral carotid and vertebral arteries arise normally.
Right internal carotid artery is normal in calibre.
Bilateral common and external carotid arteries reveal normal course, calibre and contrast fill-in.
No significant vertebral artery stenosis is noted.
Bilateral carotid bifurcations appear unremarkable.
The intracranial course of the internal cerebral arteries appears unremarkable, with normal bifurcation.
The anterior, middle and the posterior cerebral arteries appear unremarkable. No evidence of any aneurysmal dilatation is seen in the brain
No vascular variance at the base of skull or petrous temporal bones.
No fluid or focal lesion in the middle ears or mastoid air cells.
The neck spaces are unremarkable.
The brain parenchyma in general appears unremarkable.
No evidence of hydrocephalus.
