I currently have conditional preapproval from the bank for a mortgage with them needing to see the Sales and Purchase agreement and evidence of insurance in order to go unconditional. Does this process of going unconditional usually take longer than the process to be preapproved? The preapproval process itself seems to be taking quite a long time at the moment (about 3 weeks) but I'm not sure if the final unconditional approval will take just as long or can it be done pretty fast?

Bueno yo soy el chico que se metía 2 gramos por día, me enorgullece contarles que baje muchísimo la dosis a solamente medio gramo cada 3 días, osea cuando ya no puedo más, y todo esto por qué ocupe casi todo mi tiempo si bien tengo mi trabajo con el tema de desarrollo y todo, ahora descubri que se puede ayudar a la sociedad de mil formas distintas, hace poco empecé con unos amigos a preparar viandas para las personas en situacion de calle, y felizmente puedo decir que todo el dinero que gastaba en drogas ahora lo gasto en personas que lo necesitan sin duda más que yo, también estoy enseñando guitarra totalmente gratis, ( puro blues ) así que personas que están del otro lado de la pantalla, les agradezco sus consejos y si están pasando lo mismo que yo siempre hay una salida no lo olviden, sin duda no me arrepiento de nada, más por qué descubrí que me llena el corazón ayudar a los demas y eso no lo habría conocido encerrado escuchando música programando y metiendome quien valla a saber cuánto químico por la nariz...

What is the best way to progress? And may I also know if you guys save your gems and dossiers for events like double elite? I'm kinda in a dilemma here, since I would often use my dossiers when I see a character in my main team in the shop. And if I save gems for double elite events, it would most likely halt my progress in overall team power and progress. And I also don't know how often the double elite rate up events will pop up.
Is it best to save up gems and dossiers for events like double elite? Or to only use it when there's certain characters in the recruitment shop that you want to build.
Would really appreciate any tips/responses.

I’m 23 and I was worried that it was going to be two kid like, but as a huge fan of the Jurassic franchise, I’m enjoying it pretty well so far. I’m pretty close to finishing season two but I’m surprised how well it’s able to capture the vibe and some of the themes are pretty serious. I’m wondering if the show is pretty well liked by other fans that are older.

My boyfriend invited me to his semi formal Christmas party. He is in the military, but since the party is semi formal, he is not wearing a uniform. He will be wearing a regular suit. I've seen people say that semi formal means cocktail or midi dresses, but since it's winter and my skin is pale at the moment, I'd rather wear a maxi dress. The dress I got is a black halter neckline/razer back maxi dress with a slit. It's pretty basic and from Amazon. Does anyone think this would be ok? I don't want to be over dressed, but I'm not sure what else to wear.
