So, I started working on a project back in October and I worked on it up until about a week or two ago. I wrote every day, even if it was just a sentence and managed to spit out about 60,000 words for the first draft. The first draft still isn’t finished yet because I started to feel like it was more of a chore than anything. I started writing chapters that I was more excited about as a way to keep me motivated and now I’m stuck with the in-between parts that aren’t necessarily boring, but they’re not as interesting I guess. I stopped writing on it for a couple of days hoping that a reset would help. I ended up writing a couple of poetry pieces and a verse to a song, but still wasn’t satisfied. So what did I do? Started a whole new, equally complicated project lol. I had great momentum for a few days (12,000 words), then I lost the will to continue this story also. Don’t get me wrong, I LOVE writing poetry, it’s just not as fulfilling I guess? Idk it’s hard to explain.
I think my mental and physical health have a lot to do with this as well, but it’s hard to tell sometimes. Usually my physical symptoms are pretty consistent and I’m able to manage them, but for weeks now, I’ve been so exhausted and started getting depressed again. I’m trying really hard to stay on the creative path because I know consistency is key, but it’s been SO hard.
Anyway, I was wondering, what’s some tips y’all have that could possibly help with the burnout I’m experiencing with my creativity?

I don’t know how else to say it I was doing my Duolingo 💅 and I get the question shown in the video and I realize the grammar is broken and there’s nothing to fix it so I trust what it’s saying and I got it wrong it’s not (1)“Une femme anglais” it’s (2)“une anglaise femme” (1) translated is “an woman English” and (2) translated is “an English woman” I forgot to report it 🤷♂️anyone else had this issue? Bit of an odd title, but I can’t stand really stretchy wraps, I’m always cutting off circulation to my hands. Does anyone have any recommendations for non-stretchy wraps? I’ve been using generic title wraps and they’re nice, but I also have some everlast wraps and they’re awful.

I can’t it’s like my body is fighting my ocd. Usually I don’t use the washroom and hold my pee upwards of sometimes like.. 12 hours😬I think i’m developing incontinence issues due to it and i am very worried about it. what do i do to reverse it. Honestly dealing with incontinence seems worse than going to the bathroom and the compulsions so idk I just don’t want to make it worse. Anyone else?

I can’t pray anymore.
I can’t function or work.
I’m 27, and my life trauma has affected me to a point where I’m just useless.
I can’t pray and have hope in God anymore. It’s not working out.
I’m broken and in despair.
I feel like God was my only hope and now this hope is withering away.
I’m confused, angry, and frustrated.
I’m lonely.
When I went through my fears and trauma, nobody knew what I was going through. I went through it alone and feel like God was just standing there. His lack of help caused so much stress and trauma for me it led to cancer.
Now I have cancer and chronic stress which is worsening it. It’s not fun anymore.
I can’t feel anything.
