It seems obvious that I need to do a left join on the MESSAGE table, but how do I return a count of 0 for rows where the joined columns from MESSAGEPART are NULL? I've tried the following: Logic. I train mma in my local gym. About a week ago I notice I had small red bumps in a small area in my scalp. One night I scratched my whole head cause it was itchy - woke up the next day with bumps all over my head. Recently they have spread to my forehead and chin. I went to the ER and they told me it was folliculitis - I won’t be able to see a dermatologist until January 23rd - I’m getting desperate as this seems to not get better. I’ve tried organic tea tree oil diluted with a small amount of olive oil on my scalp and rinse it, done a few times this week. Can’t tell if it’s getting better

Hey i do not want to make an long story. I got dpdr healed in 4/5 months but then i was stressing about getting an psychosis or smt and now i got dpdr again. I think 3/4 days now but the dpdr feels different and lighter it is wierd because now i am not scared or stressing about it now but it just feels wierd.. i can't explain the feeling but this is an different feeling than when i got it in past days is this normal and should i worry? I dont feel derealisation or dissociation it is something else i cant even explain the feeling

I’ve tried to search on google for what to do and what would happen from the student’s point of view, but I only get stuff that talks about “what to do as a staff member” and such. My 5 month old daughter has been a great sleeper since she was 2 months old. She has been through a lot in her 5 month little life. That being said .. for the past 3 weeks she’s beginning to “have nightmares”. I say nightmares because I know babies technically can’t dream or have night terrors this young, but when she’s sleeping, she’ll smile, make faces/frowns, laugh, and cry. But recently she’s beginning to cry. It’s like 4-6 seconds, but doesn’t wake up.. like a nightmare. I’m going to be going back to work soon, but I have a b abysitter who’s been watching her here and there so I can get things done around the house(I’m a single mom). I don’t know what the hell it is but something about her watching my baby gives me a bad feeling. Like, something in me always tells me to inspect my daughter when I pick her up. I’ve been through SA as a child and CA & I think my trauma flared up as soon as I had my babygirl. I really don’t want to judge her or accuse my babysitter of doing things to my daughter because of my personal trauma, but I can’t help but have this feeling about her and my baby. My daughter just started crying and having “nightmares” & it’s been bothering me.. I have talked to my baby’s pediatrician about feeling anxious about having people watch my baby and she said it’s normal. I even asked her what were the signs of SA in a baby and she said unless there’s physical evidence of abuse, it’s hard to tell on a child this young. That made me want to throw up. This is just odd to me.. I thought children 2+ got nightmares as a result of abuse, could an infant? Am I being paranoid? Do other moms feel this way when leaving their children in daycare/with babysitter?
