I have brain fog, inability to relax, tinnitus, and I also have hard flaccid syndrome that came on before this. I can’t sleep, I can’t relax no matter what. I literally pace around my room all day because I can’t even sit still. I can’t sleep at all, body is just constantly in a tensed state and I feel absolutely terrible. Im thinking of taking my own life, I can’t live like this. Even if I got help for the dysautonomia which only started 3 days ago i would still have hard flaccid syndrome. Every time I try to relax I freak out more and more. My heart rate isn’t crazy fast, it doesn’t get worse when I stand up. I literally just cannot relax, my body doesn’t allow me to. I guess I could try medications to help with this but I am feeling extremely hopeless and I think I’m going to OD on some pain pills. Any advice would be great

 | For me, one of the saddest and most emotional experiences I’ve had while playing a video game happened with Donkey Kong 64 on my N64. It was in October or November of 2001, and my family and I were living in a fairly large home in Salem, Oregon. I had the console set up in the basement, and like so many others at the time, I was still grappling with the sadness and trauma of the September 11th attacks just a couple of months prior. At that point, I’d been playing Donkey Kong 64 regularly for months. But one particular evening, I reached the mushroom tower area in the Fungi Forest level. In one of the top rooms of the tower, this childishly sentimental and wistful music started to play (you can listen to it here: https://youtu.be/7FsXmNd6z-0?si=XtVH-sR5TN1hXk3G). Something about that music struck a deep chord in me. It was hauntingly nostalgic, and as I listened, the sadness I’d been carrying overwhelmed me. I found myself crying—not just for the tragic loss of the World Trade Center towers and the nearly 3,000 innocent lives taken, but also for the loss of the optimism that had defined the 1990s. That moment in the game felt like a bridge back to a happier, simpler time before 9/11. My older brother Kevin noticed how emotional I was. He gave me a look and made a kind of sad, empathetic gesture, as if to acknowledge how deeply I was feeling everything in that moment. Not long after, I decided to step away from the game and went upstairs to the kitchen to clear my head. That was one of the most teary-eyed moments I’ve ever had playing a video game. 2024.11.30 10:34 Bear23246 Quest 2 audibly read out battery percent as I turned it off. Is this new?
So I hadn’t used my quest 2 in a while and decided to play some of my games. You know. Just regular one. VRC, boneLAB. Then when I saw it was low I went to turn it off. Held power button: clicked power options and then power off. Took the headset off and went to go put it on charge. And It said out loud “Battery percentage 19%” it freaked me out a good bit. Is this a new feature and can I turn it off? Bit of an older quest 2 user and just go off of the in headset notification.

I have done past year paper questions once in Kaplan exam kit. But now, I wanna do the latest ones, some of which were not in the kit. The platform has exams from 2021-2024 and i would like to do all of them, but there are like 4 mock exams as well. Is it fine if i leave the mock exams or should I do them as well because there is not enough time left now

Anything about conspiracy theories, media literacy, propaganda, conflict resolutions, or related topics would help. I'm from Europe, so it doesn't have to be US-specific, but those would work too.
I guess I'm trying to learn and understand so I can feel like there is something in my control, when so much is slipping away. But if I find any hope and any way to help through understanding more it would be great.

Hello, I'm just getting into groff now and loving its simplicity.
Something that bugs me though is Vim's built-in syntax for groff is very basic. Has anyone made a better one?
I'm thinking things like headings having a unique colour (and maybe bold), bold/italics/underline being visually represented, macros longer than 2 characters are properly highlighted, second arguments to macros seem to lack highlighting. Being able to fold from heading to heading (with .NH 2's folding inside .NH's in a hierarchy).
I reckon I wouldn't feel the need to regenerate the .pdf nearly as often if the syntax highlighting can indicate at a glance where the headings are etc.
