2024.11.30 10:53 Unlucky_Gur203 Got snakebites a year ago and I can’t use a hoop/horseshoe
So I’ve had my snakebites for a little over a year now and I switched from studs to hoops once but it did not go well, swollen the next few days until I struggled eating and physically cried trying to adjust the horseshoes, that was like three months after I had gotten them done.
But after a longer time only having my bars in I decided to try it again.. same thing happened except the right hole could handle the ring so I kept one ring and one stud in my lip.
Tried it again but this time I had a slightly larger and also curved ring, so it would also stretch my hole a bit but I didn’t worry, it worked I was sore for a few days but now I’ve had that one for a few months, now just today I switched the bar again on my left side to a horseshoe and the next day ITS SORE AGAIN.
Please help me, any advice would be wonderful :)
Srry for the bad quality picture I really couldn’t get it good but it’s just to show what I’m talking about. There’s no swollenness, crust, or pus to show at all

Another one I'd like to throw out there is Morgan Housel's The Psychology of Money.
It's a very to the point read, I think matches with many points made here but phrased in a very easy to understand way, and something that I think fits well with the wide spread of readers here.
