2024.11.30 10:54 tofuking Pieces with minimal left-hand use?
Frustratingly my left arm has tennis elbow, so I'm looking for right-hand intensive pieces. The left hand can still play somewhat but nothing too heavy.
For instance, I could probably play the 10-5 Chopin etude (black key) but I don't particularly like that piece.. any recommendations in that realm of difficulty with that spread of left/right hand work would be greatly appreciated! Thank you!

It was fun, but i noticed that the people I was fighting were playing pretty bad for the floor they were on. I didn't lose a set until floor 9 (and it makes sense I'm hard stuck floor 9 on my main) but even that person was weird. I actually made it to floor 10 with no struggle. Were they bots??? Hi guys!
What do you think of Mini workouts like the KBoges training philosophy, i.e. 2-3 hard sets of a push, pull and leg exercise every day compared to an upper body, lower body split over 4 days?
What about recovery with the KBoges method? And is the method suitable for muscle growth if the stimulus is not quite as intense as with upper body/lower body?
The Higher freuquency makes the Body adapt the Stimulus faster, therefore more Reps and Efficie cy of the body's movement can be increased. On the other Hand, with upper Body/lower Body deadlifts and squats can be increased.
What do you Guys think?

I just ordered both of these from AliExpress, but only afterwards would I see that people suggest a 100mw DAC for the PRX's, and the KA1 only has 45. I have the hyperx cloud 2's right now and I usually don't go past 35% volume. (I'm not using the soundcard since it broke, they're connected to the headphone jack of my PC) I like bass but the headphones with the most bass that I have right now are the Samsung AKG type-c headphones, so if the bass is as good as that then it's enough for me. Will I be fine with this combo?

I'll be hitting the end of my private plan with titration and med prescribing with ADHD360 in early '25, and looking at next steps. Our GP is refusing any SCA so I'm looking at options for continuing how to get private prescriptions.
Any recommendations for providers who have decent service and potentially linked to a good (reliable) pharmacy? Is there anything else I should be considering as I look at this - i.e. I'm not sure whether I should also be looking for some clinical oversight provision if needed (i.e. end up needing different strength meds etc)
