Three games in I think it’s reasonable to say that the offensive coaching changes have been effective. Not to the tune of 30ppg, just in favor of coherent, sustained offensive efforts; having an actual hurry-up/2 minute offense; and a useful running game. One more game and we can even declare Sincere McCormick a sincere NFL running back.
This was a great effort in all three phases of a game that the cunty football gods decided to deny us. But it was as enjoyable as it was heartbreaking. And 54:49 of post-thanksgiving joy is still more joy than we got from most of the previous 12 weeks combined.

Hi,
Does anyone here also have ADHD and suffers from sleep problems like heavily fragmented sleep and is taking mirtazapine? I have been told to start taking mirtazapine 15mg before sleeping but I don't see any kind of improvement on the fragmented sleep problem and instead it extends the time I'm in bed because of the added sleepiness from the meds and my own sleep problems. It barely has any value but I never have a good number of deep sleep on the trackers, sometimes not even 30 min on a 12h sleep night. I'm taking mirtazapine for more or less 2 months now. Has anyone been on this position?

Recently started SR, id say it's about 2 weeks now, subsequent to being releasing at least twice a day to illicit material (P). I felt horrible and tired all the time. My sleep schedule was shot. I was missing lectures and felt lethargic and had no drive. I'd say maybe I was sort of depressed but I don't like to use that word. I was miserable. I also bought a gym membership and went to the gym a total of 2 times in one whole month...
I started SR because I just didn't feel PMO was benefiting me. I didn't do it for its superpowers, just so I don't feel tired all the time anymore. I stopped nicotine for the exact same reason.
Surprise, surprise. 14 days later I have Quit smoking, which has given me a massive boost in daily energy. I have been going to lectures, I've been going to the gym because I want to not because I should. This isn't my first experience with SR but I've had this trend happen multiple times on streaks. Coincidence? Idk bro.
Music sounds better, food tastes better, people seem to not look down on me anymore, I'm much more motivated and my anxiety is nearly gone - not all this is from SR though. Nicotine was a major turning point as well. I also have so much fukkin energy. Joy seems to have come back In my life. I get happy and laugh over the smallest things. I don't feel like I constantly have to seek validation from others. I'm more relaxed day to day, it's amazing.
IDK man. It's just so CONSISTENT. The trend of starting SR and improvement is just so recurring in my life and clearly many many other men. When I relapse I always tell myself SR was a pseudo science anyways - only for my life to get worse after. I believe whole heartedly SR is not a placebo.
