I (35M) am looking to apply for the Army Reserve. I'm going to request my full medical records from GP before I do as looking at the website, I think I would be declared unfit and it might not be worth investing the time in my application. Episode of work and family related stress 4 years ago resulting in being signed off for 4 weeks from work (too much going on at a high pressure job, my kid starting stressful clinical trial)
1 year ago I had a small lump checked out in my hamstring, tests shown it was only a lipoma
About 7-8 years ago I had multiple instances of bad nerve pain in my back/buttocks and had to go through some physiotherapy to deal with pinched nerve/sciatica. Now well managed and fine, no more back pain
I'm not full blown coeliac but I avoid wheat where possible as it makes me feel a bit bloated and lethargic. If I did eat a pizza or whatever, no medical issues, I just don't like eating foods that make me not feel my best
