Hi! For context I'm f still in univ. My mother has been my ultimate idol ever since I can ever remember not until naglate teens ako and naging shaky lahat, she got rlly busy trying to keep her businesses afloat, tipong she sacrificed herself. For that, I am grateful and I respect her. Thing is she also subjected me and my siblings sa maraming verbal and emotional abuse dahil nga stressed siya. Very understandable kasi she keeps us from being on the streets.
However talagang sagad na ako this yr dahil sa isang taong never ng aalis sa buhay namin. House has become toxic due to him and everyone pretends everything is fine. My stepfather is getting...worse and worse (not exag pero all the worst traits sa isang lalaki and tao in general you can ever think of, iyon siya) and naapektuhan na niya talaga mental health ko and my siblings, in fact, lalo na si mama. Gaano siya kashit? Imaginein mo na lang na when I was 11 he used to make sexual jokes abt me and when my baby sister WHO WAS HIS OWN DAUGHTER was 1 1/2 yro he almost beat her up kasi she kept crying daw for milk. Ganoon siya kashit. I'll spare the details.
He made my mom pregnant sa lowest point ng buhay ng nanay ko just so he can baby trap her and be the hero kuno only to disappoint her and subject her sa katakot takot na mga shit (addictions, sexworkers, etc). Take note na he was a former employee of my mother and ever since nagdissolve former business ni mama he has remained unemployed as in until now so ofc all the expenses shoulder ni mama tho his mother sometimes help with the expenses. I tried to tell my mom na we should leave him many times na pero she always says "he has sacrificed a lot noong panahong wala ako" etc and always says na "kind" daw siya hays so blindsided. Kaya okay na siguro sa kaniyang magstay sa isang lalaking hindi siya kayang irespeto. 100% sure he emotionally manipulated her and isolated her even from my lola (na desente and whom I adore).
Got my secret job when I was 18 and finally able to save up para makaalis sa house. I also pay for my tuition now so si mama mostly baon na lang (I can cover this too once I move out). I feel guilty, that I cannot save my mother and all my siblings (yet, 'di ko kaya na pati mga kapatid ko agad kasama), and I feel sad that I have to make this choice. Kaso if I stay, talagang mas magstustunt growth ko. Talagang I'm dying ngayon and the longer I stay the more insane I get. Hindi ko na rin talaga lang kaya. Ginawa ko na lahat--magpanggap, magsubmit sa gusto nila, maging "mabuting" anak etc. God knows.
Tried to communicate it with mom pero she was extremely defensive and she tried to talk me down just like how her partner would talk down at her and it made me even more sad for us and her. She said 'di ko raw kaya ng wala siya. Mamamatay daw ako sa streets kapag wala siya. And I feel like this kind of talk is exactly what made me doubt myself for years. She even tells me no one will ever love me but only her. She cannot be reasoned with.
Any tips/advices kung paano ako mag-awol ng hindi nasasaktan mother ko? Also afraid na baka she makes a big thing out of this (magpost sa socmed and ipahiya ako and/or lumapit sa mga police na kakilala niya etc).
Ps. Open for criticism pero kindly ask for some gentleness po sana since my heart is already so so so fragile rn. Pps. Hindi ako perpektong anak. When I was younger I was a brat and so I tried to compensate for the past 5 years para i-undo mistakes ko. Please tn na my mother is a great mom, she's just as stressed and as traumatized as everyone else.

I have moved an azure app service resource from our azure account subscription tenant to a different azure account subscription tenant, that is ok working fine no issues. Currently its deployed as local git, i need to change that to azure docker container registry. Can we change that without deleting app service and recreating it. If there is no other ways and we should delete the app service will there be any issue for deleting and recreating because we moved the resource to a different azure account.

I'm in my late 20's. One year ago I graduated after a careerswitch and now I'm working fulltime as a dossierbeheerder in a small accounting office. I'm very happy with my current job: I like the tasks, but the colleagues are amazing and the werk environment too. The pay is not that much, but I'm just a junior right now.
The fact is that I have the idea that there are a lot of people with huge ambitions in accountancy offices. They want to go for their ITAA title and want to become self-employed. In the beginning I felt the pressure to do this as well, but now after a year of seeing how difficult that is and how much stress this is, I don't think that I want to go for my title or become self-employed.
Of course, I want to stay learning/updating myself so I can do my job very well, but I don't want the huge responsibilities.
Is there something wrong with having less ambition in general? Are here people who are also just happy with the job they have with no/less career ambitions? Or more specific in the accountancy industry?

2024.11.30 10:51 Githan I ran Gnomeregan with this sad warrior tank, his wife, and I think his wife’s boyfriend
We ran Gnomeregan together today. Our tank was a little lower level than us but the other warrior wielding the 2-hander had better tanking gear and was holding agro on two or three mobs at once which was awesome.
The tank had bad allergies though. His eyes were all red and he seemed a bit choked up. The 2-handed warrior would keep yelling “Honey badger don’t care” and he’d pull before our tank. The mage was doing really well but after each pack she’d either throw him a wink or comment about how big his weapon was.
I actually felt slightly bad for the tank but he was holding us back a bit. My freaking pet boar Fluffy was out damaging him. It took us a bit to clear the dungeon from the drop in dps but Thermaplugg’s Left Arm dropped off of the final boss. Our 2-handed warrior said didn’t want it because it was too fast so the tank and I rolled on it and I won. The tank looked like he was going to cry at that point but I said “it’s a hunter weapon man, get over it”. The 2-handed warrior said “your arms are too weak for that axe anyway man” and the mage and other warrior were dying laughing at that.
The mage and 2-handed warrior hearthed out together afterwards and the tank said he had to make cookies? I hearthed as well. All in all it was a good run but I hope our tank gets better gear and learns how to play.
