My first every girlfriend broke up with me. In my then 23 years of life (now 24) I've had the best summer I could imagine, it was by far my best days in my life. We met and started dating in July but in August she had to return to her country to end her studies and the plan was for both of us be together in person again after we both finished our studies. She said often that I was the best thing that ever happened to her and loved me more than I could imagine.
However quickly her mother and step dad were against our relationship because I live in a poorer country than her, I live in Portugal and she lives in Uk (we are both portuguese btw) and I'm stagnating her by wanting her to return here. She however kept talking to me and chose me over their opinion.
This lasted 3 months, but now something changed. Her mother is sick and dying of a terminal illness and now she says she feels guilty by talking to me against her mother wishes. I was always there for her and I tried my best to help her endure this difficult moment. But she chose to leave me and blocked me almost everywhere. I didn't deserve this, I gave her everything I had during this relationship, I was the best version of myself.
And worse of all, she basically broke up with me twice in a week, first she said she didn't knew what to do, then she told me she wanted to continue our relationship but a few days after she just ended it. Now yesterday her cousin told me she was playing video games with other guy from my country as well and only both of them?
I'm so confused, angry and sad about all of this. My first love ever is destroying my heart and my soul, I don't know what to do and react.

Like why you don’t overdo the nutes, or grow three different strains at the same time 😂 Haven’t defoliated much because I’m still learning, but this may have saved them, as they did survive a brutal lockout/flush at the worst possible time. Anybody else grow up being gaslit into believing they aren't in fact in pain and thus end up not realizing when you're actually in pain or when you should stop or rest? I'm not talking about just ignoring pain I'm talking about difficulty recognizing pain because you're used to it and because you've had it repeated so many times "you're fine" "everyone feels like that" "walk it off" "it's not that bad" "stop being dramatic" ect. I find myself feeling stressed, anxious, depressed ect and then realize oh yea I'm in pain and haven't realized for the past several hours or so, this also makes it difficult to pace myself I tend to try to get everything important done in one go because I know I feel a sense of urgency to get things done but it's usually because my body feels like it got hit by a bus yet I forget constantly🙃

I saw a post recently about people drinking alone. I myself drink mostly alone, it’s also where I drink the most. Bars, parties, time with friends are not my triggers, a bottle in my room is my most destructive and addictive behaviour.
Those of you who were solitary drinkers, do you have any advice for quitting? I am able to avoid social situations relatively easily but struggle with days off alone.

Well im new to projectors and i have a philips neopix ultra 2tv. I thought that if you have it on a table the lens should aim at the bottom of the screen, and if you have it upside down in a ceiling the lens should aim at the top of the screen. But in my case the lens looks like it pretty much has to be in the middle screen. Why is that?

More info needed on this NOS Kinetic [Arctura] First off, my knowledge on Kinetic is next to nothing. Saw my local AD suddenly have four of these Kinetic models NOS on the window front (some with bracelets, some with rubber). Not sure if this model is rare or not.
Tried the bracelet version (had milled clasp with solid endlinks), and it felt like a 34mm diameter case, just on the limit for my 6.5. in. wrist. Was this 34mmish model a women's watch, originally?
The AD gave me a discount without asking, for a $190 USD final price.
Wondering if I should go back in a few days and make the purchase.
What's everyone's thought on this specific model?

I’ve been taking my venlafaxine at 4pm for a couple of years as i found it made me a little tired. However i increased to 150mg 6 weeks ago and i haven’t been sleeping well at all and have been waking with anxiety for the first time in years. I also take mirtazapine for sleep and that is not even helping.
Should I try taking it earlier than 4pm?
