I've been on 4mg (oral) estrogen and 150 mg spiro since september. my estrogen prescription ran out but I have an informed consent appointment on december 3rd. It's a bit stressful but I'm steeling myself for the weekend. I guess I'm just nervous about any setbacks? Am I overreacting?

Na escola, ainda mais se vc for de pĂșblica q nem eu, vai lembrar (ou estar vivendo isso, sei lĂĄ, de repente Ă© professor) q nas aulas vc sempre Ă© repreendido por nĂŁo prestar atenção em algo ou fazer bagunça, mas nunca Ă© levado a entender de fato sobre isso. Nem mesmo aprender algo q te desperte curiosidade e Vc sempre Ă© tratado como se fossem mĂŁes ou tias de vcs
Corta pra o mercado de trabalho, onde se vc chega atrasado recebe penalidade, vc tem q se explicar e o gerente/chefe fica bravinho se vc não sai como o esperado, se vc n faz algo, lidam com “olha que vou sortear o nominho hein?” e não te deixam ter autonomia de nada porque “pode ser danoso a empresa”
Ou mesmo no cotidiano. Vc tem indicação pra falar da indicação, ex, em SP tem placa lĂĄ na casa do krl indicando onde fica o autĂłdromo pra quem tĂĄ vindo do aeroporto, vc smp Ă© pego na mĂŁozinha pq senĂŁo vai sair algo errado e a pessoa nĂŁo vai entender

São coisas q na minha visão infantilizam e até alienam a gente em níveis estratosféricos, e eu vejo mt isso no Brasil no cenårio político, social, cultural e econÎmico, em nuances diferentes claro

Hi all,
I've had a 2nd hand Model 3 2021 LR for a few months now and it's been great. Got lucky and found a decent deal from somebody local with only 15k miles driven. I was only in the market for a SR so the LR was a nice to have.
I get free charging at work so I've never had to charge at home. By the time I go into the office I'm at minimum ~50% and then back to 80% for another week. The car came with the Tesla 3 pin plug charger but I've only used that once before a long drive to get max. range. Even now in the winter when I'm using defrost before every drive and the heating a lot more, workplace charging alone is still adequate.
I'm on Octopus intelligent go, which in hindsight I shouldn't have really done cause I'm never really charging at home! So my daytime rate is now unnecessarily higher without the off-peak benefit.
I remember during my research for an EV, the Always Be Charging (ABC) ethos was commonly mentioned and is even in the Tesla manual itself:

Teslas have one of the most sophisticated battery systems in the world. The most important way to preserve the high voltage Battery is to LEAVE YOUR VEHICLE PLUGGED IN when you are not using it. This is particularly important if you are not planning to drive your car for several weeks.
There is no advantage to waiting until the Battery’s level is low before charging. In fact, the Battery performs best when charged regularly.
Some questions:
  1. Does ABC apply when using an intelligent tariff? For example using defrost/precondition when plugged in would depend on what time you need it. Otherwise it'll either use the battery anyway or use the mains with a higher rate like a boost charge would.
  2. The main benefit & reason for me exploring this is battery health, I don't really gain a useable range advantage by doing this. So I'm wondering if anyone follows the ABC approach with their wall chargers or 3 pin? How does it work with Octopus intelligent?
At least if I do this I'll get some marginal gains from the off-peak rate otherwise I should probably revert to a regular energy tariff with a lower day rate.

The MMAs were last night and Ateez were in attendance and nominated for awards. Despite that they didn’t win any awards. It feels if there were only there for likes and engagement as they were the biggest group in attendance.
It seems to be a common thread in K-pop that groups that come from smaller companies get disrespected and snubbed when it comes to award season. But Ateez is different in the fact that they are a global group and one of the biggest fourth generation groups. They have been doing this for six years, won a grand prize, performed at Coachella and sold out stadiums. But continue to get mistreated and not respected by the kpop industry.
In my opinion they deserve the world. They are good musicians and performers, they have a strong and non toxic fan base, and they cause no problems or drama. To see them keep getting left out of the equation when it comes to the best to ever do it is not fair. When groups that debuted around the same time like SKZ get more praise and accolades for being from a bigger company.(This is not to diminish the hard work of stray kids because they are immensely talented and make good music as well.)
And people can’t say that Ateez isn’t a huge group as they have charted at number 1 on billboard multiple times and are top 10 in 4th gen when it comes to streaming and other metrics. They are a global group and they deserve their respect and flowers
