Sorry guys I know this is a shitter as it’s one of the only hopes for us but PRP has been seen as no more effective than a placebo.
This of course may not apply to BMAC injections, which even the providers say are more effective anyways. It also may be that there were factors not considered in this study that meant the outcome was poor (e.g. not all PRP is created equal).
For now though, I will avoid PRP and stick to BMAC

So i joined LUMS in CES recently for a course and i was astonished by vulgar dressing of the female students in lums. One girl i saw had the whole abdomen area naked with belly button and below showing to everyone around her. Andcthere were more femalles dressed like her. I dont know what pakistani culture or religion allow such vulgar dressing in the university. It was like a bit dhocking for me. Overall mixing and jingling of female and male student was also very shocking. As if i came into a european university. Lol. I know and understand completely that its everyone's own choice to wear whatever the dress they are comfortable in. Its just that i was not expecting that. Seeing that... i believe sex between students would be a common occuring as well. Its hard to believe otherwise ofc.

I do overnight curls very often. My hair is down to my waist, and it is very thick. Within like 2 hours of taking my hair out, it drops. Any advice on keeping the curls? I know hairspray should work BUT I don’t like putting it on because I try to only wash my hair 1-2 times a week and I avoid putting drying products on as my hair tends to dry out a lot at the ends.

Hi, I’m newly diagnosed and I need to go in for my eye check next week. I notice my left eye feels a bit off sometimes and feels a bit lazy. I am worried to get the eye test, what exactly do they do? I got glasses late last year as a small blood vessel broke and ended up my left eye was struggling however I had no idea I might have diabetes.
Also, will I hopefully stop any further damage to my eyes if I continue to look after myself and take my medication. Thank you everyone.

I bought a single button keyboard that connects via USB.
The key is for macro and the main reason for the purchase is to add a button for the handbrake in racing games.
The issue that i am having is that the button doesn't stay pushed. When press the key, it is only a single input (eg. "a") what i would need is when i hold down the key is to input the macro (eg. when i hold down the "a" key on the normal keyboard will be "aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa".
Is there a way to do so or the key button that i bought is designed for 1 push only?

I’m an adult student (in my early twenties) in a two-year program that provides a profession (and a little money). It’s art-related, but I don’t think it’s worth my time because of AI. I’m in the second year and have been looking for jobs because I feel like I’m wasting time. Finding a job has been hard—even with the help of a student employment agency. Eventually, I found a job at a shop. I don't know how they call it but it's not that serious/official, the government knows about it, I just have to sign a paper each morning I go.
My job is to talk to customers outside the shop and guard the goods. It’s outdoors, so I’m stuck in the cold for 9 hours, and phones aren’t allowed—no music, texting, or anything. The boots I wear gave me blisters because I had to layer up with three pairs of socks. It’s pretty isolating like this. The only highlight is talking to kind strangers like grannies who share their stories.
I really dislike my boss. She reminds me of Cruella de Vil from 101 Dalmatians. Her tone annoys me, and she makes me feel awful. When she texts or talks to me, my heart races in the worst way. I think part of my resentment is because she takes away my phone at work. I’m not even allowed to write in my notebook, and since the place isn’t crowded, there are stretches of 20 minutes or more with no customers.
She also acts unreasonably. For example, before I started officially, I visited to familiarize myself with the shop. She saw me and made me work for free, even though I told her I had to catch a bus an hour later.
One time, I asked for my phone, and she demanded it back after less than five minutes, saying I could use it at home instead. There were no costumers.
On my last workday this week, she told my colleague (instead of me who was outside, like 15 meters away!!!) I didn’t need to come in the next day because of rain but didn’t inform me or pay me before leaving. We agreed that I'm being paid at the end of the week (or workday). Now I have to waste two hours on a bus trip to sort it out.
I also have to go to town an hour earlier because she can't wait 10 mins. My job officially starts at 9AM but I have to be there 20 mins earlier to put out the goods on the street. She said that for me to start the job requires the goods to be outside.
I feel trapped and unappreciated. My skin has gotten worse from the stress, and the only dopamine I get is from eating, chatting with kind strangers or when I'm on my way to the bus after work.
I talked about it with my family. My mom supports me working and thinks earning money is good. My dad is against it. He thinks work sucks and says I should focus on studying. He also doubts I’m fast enough to keep up with jobs, which annoys me because I feel like I can improve if given a chance. My sibling, who worked at a fast food place, pointed out that my pay is better—1.4 times more than hers—but her job was much more demanding. I just have to stand and walk around in the cold.
I’m unsure if I’m overreacting or just ungrateful. Younger me would be happy to finally have a job, but now I feel like I’m wasting my time again. I don’t enjoy standing on the street all day with people I don’t even like.
One memorable moment was when an older woman said my job seemed “inhuman” after I told her I have no breaks and can’t use my phone. She was so happy when I said I was considering quitting.
I've only been at this job for a week, but I feel so conflicted. Should I be grateful and stick it out? If so, how can I make it more bearable? Is it normal to feel this way about a first job? Should I quit and focus on something else? I want to improve and take responsibility if I fail, but this job feels like it’s draining me emotionally and physically.
