2024.11.30 12:40 flyawaydear been overeating by 1000+ cals every day this week… embarrassed to go back to the gym
I hit a new low weight last Friday and since then I came home from college for thanksgiving and have been overeating literally every day.
I’m so embarrassed to go back to college because I can feel the weight gain. Like I swear I gained all 10lbs back in this week and I don’t even know if I’ll be able to step foot back into the gym because I just feel so stupid for gaining/losing the same 10lbs :/
This is such a stupid mind block, so I’m curious if anyone has any advice or experience dealing with this.
Should I just do outdoor workouts (ex. runs or smth) until I feel more comfortable with myself? Or should I force myself to just go back to the gym on day 1?

All the Japanese drum manufacturers (tama, pearl, yamaha, sakae) readily offer a variety of drum configurations to foreign markets, however, in Japan, the only two configurations seem to be bop kits with 16/18 bass drums, and if you want a bigger kick, it comes with 2 rack toms and one floor tom. It is impossible to find a 22 inch bass with one rack, one floor tom in Japan. I would have to import it (back) from US or Europe. Does anyone know why this is? I have my eyes on tama starclassic performer, but not in the config or the sizes offered here in Japan (and custom ordering might be too expensive). I don know, I'm just scratching my head over this. Can anyone offer some insight?

Alex le avisó a Haley que no podían fastidiarla porque Mitchell era el único tío que gastaba mucho para sus regalos. Y no querían que se decepcionara.
Como Haley ya estaba guisando un revuelto con champiñones para sí mismo, decidió a fingir que estaba parte de sus celebraciones cuando trataban de pensar de algo.
Lo dirijio Alex a la mesa y Hayley se lo dio. Luke rompió a bailar enfrente de él y dijo que era su "danza de revuelto". Alex y Haley salieron de la cocina para preparar el coche.
Lo dirijeron al coche y le pidió que cubriera los ojos. Rápidamente elaboraron un recorrido por lo que podían seguir. Condujeron a lo largo del recorrido y llegó a la casa de un afamado que le gustaba. Le pidieron que abriera los ojos y estaba sorprendido. No podía creer que pudiera ver la casa de su predilecto afamado. (He could not believe that he could ever see the house of his favourite celebrity.)
Era un suerte que pudieran salvar la situación.
