Hi I recently moved a personal pension to a sipp with fidelity but see charges high at .35, compared to II for example. However I saw on this thread that etfs with fidelity are cheaper than the three tracker funds I invest I fir charges. What would be the benefits if changing to these? If so, do they have tracker etfs too or should I just jump ship now to save on fees? Fund at 220k

hey guys my friend is going through a problem please help me out so my friend is in friendship cum situationship
so the girl over here has some sort of mental health issues even idk what exactly for last one and half year he's taking care of her ( never abused her , never hurt her )
One day she will be like she loves him , another day she will be like she wants to stab him and watch him die....
so there's this guy who's on her insta and my friend kinda felt sus about it and he asked her about him and she was like " if he's my boyfriend or not what problem do you have "
so she was like " don't come into my life , please stay away and I will die till I'll stop breathing " and listening to this my friend was like okay it's high time I stop this and now after two days she called him that time he asked "why did you call back" and she was like " I'm calling simply " so my friend mentioned " you told na let's stop talking " that time she replied " oh did i really say that ? , leave it and started talking like everything is alright " then she ghosted him for a week and then during exam time she was back talking nicely 🤓
after that again 2 days ghosting and then on one exam day which was apparently his bday morning she started giving gaali like , gaandu uth jao and then she cut the call
my friends literally wasting his life from past one and half years behind her , not looking after his fitness , drinking and smoking its really bad and I think she is bit mentally retarded person as she is taking medicines for Generalized anxiety disorder and she got stitches on her hand for cutting herself
one day she's like she wants him other day she doesn't , emotional black like I love you and can't stay without you and shit and idk what's going on , its just soo fucked up and he doesn't want to leave and can't leave her cause everytime he does she calls back and he goes back into that loop hole hes scared that if he leaves her and ignore her she might do some self harm like once she was like " i was about to jump from terrace " because my frnd ghosted her for a week ðŸ˜

Hi There,
I am 32 years old and I have been with my Husband for 10 years. His first language is Russian and he came to the US when he was 17, he learnt English fairly easy and that's how we communicate. My mother-in-law and the rest of his family predominantly speak Russian, with little to no English spoken. I want to be able to speak to them so badly (beyond the Hello and How's the weather and Goodbye).
I have been trying to learn for the past ten years on and off. I always hit roadblocks and end up giving up. The hardest part is the grammar and 10 different versions of each word.
Duolingo was great to learn a few words but it doesn't really teach you how to carry out conversations.
Pimsleur has been the most helpful for me, I can understand a lot, I can read and write, but I have a really hard time when it comes to carrying out full conversations.
Middlebury Language School is $20k and not feasible as I am not able to take 3 months off of work.
I'm seeking advice on how to break through my language learning plateau and start speaking more confidently, even if it's not fluently. Any suggestions or recommendations would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

I've (24f)been in for an x-ray yesterday but the doc didn't seem to bother to thoroughly explain it to me. I've been experiencing pretty bad pains in my right hip for about 4 weeks now, it's especially bad when I bend down, get up and in the morning. Could anyone please tell me if, 1. My pelvis looks normal? One side does seem a little different than the other, right? 2. Why the layers (of fat?) right next to my hip bones look a little different on both sides? 3. What the black spots next to my tailbone on the left side are? 4. What the grey shadow on my right ilium is?

I'll add NSFW to be safe, but yeah as it states, maybe they can explore it in another game, maybe they'll touch on it in the multiplayer of this game, but the CIA having connections to cartels and drug running would've been more accurate than a made up mafia in a made up country, working with a made up "secret state" there is almost certainly one in real life but thats irrelevant and certainly isnt alike the one in BO6. Anyways tell me what you all think about the idea that other moles in the CIA would've been running drugs through Menendez.
