So long story short, I don't have insurance and I cannot afford the bariatric surgery. But I'd like to try to follow the diet that you guys have to go on and just really cut back. But I don't want to cut back so much that it's unhealthy. But I figure if you guys are directed to do this by your doctors and it must not be that bad. So what are your protein and mackerel goals that are set by your doctor?

I just want to live and not survive.
I (26 years old) am writing to you today to express what I think.
Basically I am someone who likes to work and who has always done so whenever I could, I have been lucky so far to have jobs that are not too broken, I am comfortable with the customer and I like to provide service and sell, I started with a permanent student at mc do, then when I got my DUT in 2020 I worked for a logistics start-up for 2 years which gave me sincerely exploited to the end, my uncle died during this period I couldn't even go see him, my mother had cancer also during this period I couldn't be as present as I wanted because I was the one helping her assume these bills at this time, my brother did stupid things during his youth for a certain period that he is still paying today, I have the impression that fate is coming down on me, on my mother, on us...
Thank God my mother overcame the disease and is in remission today, I decided at the time to resign from this "Start up" to be closer to my loved ones who were 500 km away and whom I rarely saw, and we decided to open a small catering business it has been in existence for 2 years now everything is homemade, it's very small but I was proud of it because I always wanted to take the plunge entrepreneurship but unfortunately for the At the moment it's struggling to be profitable and we're unable to generate salaries, and our financial situation was only getting worse over time... so for my part I decided to return to salaried employment, I find a job in Paris in 2 weeks and I moved there just as quickly (with almost no money and the need to find accommodation) which I managed to get in 1 week but with a rent of 700 euros, for a salary of barely 1700 euros per month, it's a very big company and I said to myself that it would be a gateway to the future, so I've been in Paris alone for 2 months now and only doing MĂ©tro Boulot Dodo.
I am someone who thinks a lot and the more the days pass the more I tell myself that it is a mistake that I made, the caf and the administration do not help me I have made the necessary requests but it takes and I found myself in the same situation as before with the added impossibility of being able to help my mother and my brother... I always wanted to work for myself, I tried several projects and I I'm unlucky, I never managed to make a living from it and I can't help those I love as I should and as I would like!
I'm extremely depressed, and at the moment I have a sort of awareness, I watch a lot of documentaries and very recently I discovered a YouTube channel of a French couple traveling around the world and who meet and live with the locals during their travels and I realize that what I want is just to live and not survive, to travel, meet people and do what I want and when I want...
I have been single since 2021 after having a series of very small relationships which hurt me more than anything else, my circle of friends is gradually restricted until it becomes almost equal to 0 because we don't no longer shared the same desires and interests, I don't have a problem with that because loneliness doesn't bother me but I just need to have interactions with others (I have a lot of it at work so we'll say that it compensates)
I don't like my current job, I don't want to wait years to hope to earn a good living, I want to work for myself and be free from my schedule, I tried but I never succeeded, I didn't no hobit or passion I'm just a simple guy, I don't even know anymore what project I can launch to achieve what I want...
I like talking to people, listening to them, then providing them with emotional support or solving their problem. I can see myself helping people to overcome this and achieve their goals by getting out of a negative state of mind and instead seeing the good things and remaining hopeful, you will tell me it's paradoxical compared to what I I wrote previously but I know I'm good at it but I don't know how to do it, how long it will take, am I not going to fail again....
