Before I start, just a little disclaimer:
1) This is probably going to be a "wall of text" post;
2) I am not an every day user of Reddit and I don't seek controversy or upvotes - if you didn't face any problems getting your free lvl 40 Lexington AR and have no simpathy for the people that, for some reason, didn't get it, you better off enjoy your time playing the game.
On the 28th of november, people who started Division 2 got a message about the "Veteran Rewards", with an "alert" that stated: "The Veteran Reward applies to one character only. If you don't want this reward on your Hardcore character, you need to log in into you Standard one".
Too much information is never a bad thing, but quite the opposite - I prefer to be treated as a dumbass and get overfloded with information than to be seen as the smartest person alive and have to rely on a guess game.
As content creators and the community starting dicussing about the newly announced "named" AR - the Lexington - nobody suspected that it would be given as a one time only "gift" for simply logging in, but rather a reward tied to some project or mission completion. Being treated as a "named" AR, it would be ok to think that it could be even farmed after released.
As a working person, I don't have enough free time to keep track of the devs posts on social media or to watch the live streams, having to rely on content creators videos to keep updated about the game.
Retuning to the message we received (most of the times these messages are about announcements of upcoming content, new cosmetics added to the shop or events going on), there was no warning on inventory space issue or character level tying, just about standard or hardcore.
On that day, as I had already completed, a day earlier, the main projects I do every week, I had no reason to just log into my main character. As it was the same day the 5x XP event started, I simply wanted to check if it would apply to a newly created character, which would help me level up my expertise from the materials I would reclaim.
I created my new toon and as soon as I reached the White House, I just saw the regular left down corner message, saying I received some skins and the "Lexington". To my surprise, I went to my inventory to realize my "Lexington" was a lvl 1 weapon (I was already lvl 2 by the way):

I got so confused and thought that if I stashed it and logged in with my lvl 40 main character, it would turn into a lvl 40 item. Well, it didn't. So, if you can't upgrade it or get another copy, why make it tied to character level?
After an hour or so, I started seeing videos of content creators celebrating what the devs gave us and how amazing the weapon is, but also started seeing the issues created for people with full inventories and lower level characters, that didn't have any information on that matter.
So, why not use the special delivery part of the stash to grant a lvl 40 weapon for everybody? No inventory or character level issues for anybody. Well, that's the question. It's not a technical issue, because everybody that preordered WONY gets a lvl 40 Enforcer shotgun as a special delivery everytime they start a fresh character:

The Division 2 has an automated levelling system. You can't "stay" at a level of your choice. Any activity you complete or enemy you kill rewards with with XP that is eventually going to level you character up. So, what's the point in tying a one time only obtainable weapon to the first character level you logged in with?
I see this as an unacceptable bug and really hope the devs fix this issue for everybody, alongside the full inventory one, awarding all playerbase with a lvl 40 piece and allowing everybody to have fun with it. And hope that, moving forward, they always choose to tie rewards like this to a project or activity directed to a max level character, or use the mailbox delivery system, to prevent further incidents like this.

Hi all, I’m a caregiver to my wife who is very severe, and this past week she has been experiencing a significant setback with no apparent reason. She has been bedbound for about a year, but has been able to walk to the restroom a few times a day. She has been getting much more dizzy and feeling like she’ll lose her balance lately.
The only thing that has recently changed was stopping probiotics about a few weeks ago to get some tests done, but she didn’t seem to be particularly affected by this (we think). Lately her RHR has been very unpredictable day to day, even though all she does is lay in bed in complete darkness/silence. I’m getting her a bedside commode, but we are not sure what more we can do for her at this time.
She has no GP since she became very severe upon moving to a new city and has been too sick to be seen by a doctor in person (needed to initiate care). I’m looking for any advice or suggestions for how to help her manage her current (apparent) crash and any insight into whether it could’ve been the probiotics? Many thanks in advance.

The salty breeze of the ocean rustled Bowser Jr.’s red bandana as he sat on a rocky shoreline near the edge of the Koopa Kingdom. The sound of waves crashing against the rocks filled the air as he lazily sketched in the sand with his paintbrush. His Clown Car hovered quietly nearby, beeping occasionally as it idled.
He was trying to relax after yet another chaotic week of plans gone wrong. His dad had been extra loud lately, bragging about his latest victory over Eggman, and Jr. just needed a moment away from all the noise.
He sighed, looking out at the horizon. “Man, it’s so boring without anyone to mess with…”
A faint flicker of light caught his eye. He sat up, squinting. Something—or someone—was materializing in the distance, standing just on the edge of the rocky shore.
His heart skipped a beat. “No way…”
The flickering resolved into a familiar figure: Sage. She stood still, gazing at the ocean, her holographic form shimmering faintly in the sunlight. Her posture was calm, almost serene, but something about the way her hands fidgeted at her sides suggested she wasn’t as composed as she looked.
Jr. hesitated, suddenly self-conscious. “Uh… Sage?”
She turned, her glowing blue eyes locking onto his. For a moment, they simply stared at each other, the sound of the waves filling the silence.
“Bowser Jr.,” she said softly, her voice carrying a faint, unfamiliar warmth. “I… did not expect to see you here.”
“Yeah, same!” Jr. stood up quickly, nearly dropping his paintbrush. “What are you doing here? Did Eggman send you or something?”
Sage shook her head. “No. My father is… occupied. I am here of my own accord.”
“Oh.” Jr. didn’t know what to say. He scratched the back of his neck, looking everywhere but at her. “So, uh… why here? Like, this exact spot?”
Sage turned her gaze back to the horizon. “I am… uncertain. I have been searching for places of calm. Places where I can… think.”
Jr. raised an eyebrow. “Think about what?”
She hesitated, her holographic form flickering slightly. “About… emotions. Yours. And mine.”
Jr. froze. “M-My emotions? What’s that supposed to mean?”
Sage looked back at him, her expression unreadable but her tone soft. “You acted with kindness… when you did not need to. You gave me the means to save my father, even though he was your enemy. I cannot understand why.”
Jr. felt his face heat up. “Oh, that? That was… no big deal. I just… didn’t want you to feel bad or anything.” He waved his paintbrush in the air as if brushing the moment away. “You looked, uh… sad.”
Sage tilted her head, her glowing eyes narrowing slightly as she studied him. “You were concerned about my feelings.”
“Well, yeah!” Jr. crossed his arms, trying to sound casual. “I mean, sure, you’re, like, some super-smart computer program or whatever, but you still have feelings, right? It’s not weird or anything.”
Sage blinked, her cheeks glowing faintly blue. “It is… strange. I was not designed to evoke concern. And yet…” She hesitated, glancing away. “Your actions… resonate with me.”
Jr. rubbed the back of his neck, his cheeks burning. “I mean, uh… thanks? I think?”
The two stood in silence for a moment, neither sure how to continue. Finally, Jr. gestured awkwardly toward the sand. “So, uh… you wanna sit? Or… hover? Whatever you do?”
Sage nodded and carefully lowered herself, her holographic form phasing slightly as she mimicked sitting on a nearby rock. Jr. sat down a little further away, poking at the sand with his paintbrush.
“So…” Jr. began, struggling to think of something to say. “What’s it like… y’know, being you?”
Sage tilted her head. “Clarify.”
“Well, like… you’re super smart and all, but don’t you ever get tired of all the thinking? Don’t you wanna just, I dunno… goof off sometimes?”
Sage looked at him curiously. “Goofing off… is not efficient.”
“Yeah, but it’s fun,” Jr. said with a grin. “Like, watch this.” He quickly sketched a messy doodle in the sand—a crude caricature of Bowser stomping on a robot. “See? Fun.”
Sage stared at the drawing, her glowing eyes flickering. “It is… simplistic. But expressive.” She hesitated before adding, “I… like it.”
Jr. beamed. “See? You’re getting it.”
Sage allowed a faint smile to form. “Perhaps. I still do not fully understand… fun. But I am willing to learn.”
As the sun began to dip lower on the horizon, Sage stood, her form flickering slightly in the fading light. “I should go,” she said quietly. “My father will wonder where I am.”
Jr. stood too, trying to keep his voice casual. “Yeah, uh… sure. Don’t want him flipping out or anything.”
She turned to leave but paused, looking back at him. “Thank you… Bowser Jr.”
“For what?” he asked, tilting his head.
“For helping me understand… myself.” Her voice was soft, almost uncertain. “And for… being you.”
Jr.’s cheeks turned red again, and he quickly looked away. “Y-Yeah, no problem! Any time!”
With one last flicker, Sage vanished, leaving Jr. standing alone on the shore. He stared at the spot where she’d been, his heart pounding for reasons he didn’t fully understand.
“Man,” he muttered to himself, running a clawed hand through his hair. “I am so bad at this.”

Weird lag in my pointer in my P14 gen 3, usually happens when it's plugged in. But sometimes(rarely), when it's not. The scroll is also weird when this happens.
Any solution to this problem? Is this a hardware issue or software issue?
