I think a loaf here refers to the shape of the mould for the processed cheese which would then be cut into slices for sandwiches just like bread. The "yeast" myne uses to make bread
It's just sourdough starter right? When it was mentioned in the novel I just took her at face value and assumed she meant straight yeast, but I'm not exactly sure how one would go about cultivating pure yeast by itself.
So now that I've started making my own sourdough starter I've pretty much come to the conclusion that, yeah, she meant sourdough starter because it's pretty easy, you just mix water and flour together in equal measures and let the natural yeast in the air develop.
When everyone talked about and praised how fluffy the bread was, I imagined fluffy rolls but let's be honest, anything with any form of yeast would probably be fluffier than just plain flour, water, and salt mixed together.

I’ve been at my new job for about 6 months now, I’ve been paying into the insurance and we get an annual checkup, and whatever other preventative care they offer.
BCBS Horizon.
I find out that because my prior employer still had my old insurance active without my knowledge I still was technically covered by them, as well as the new insurance.
I obviously didn’t know this so I put down BCBS Horizon as my primary insurance and no secondary.
BCBS is not paying ANY of my doctors visits or bloodwork. They told me that they needed a letter of termination of benefits from my prior insurance (Anthem) which I provided to them and they said give it a couple days to reach the right department, and I asked for them to follow up with me. (They didn’t) I called back a couple weeks later and they said they didn’t get it. I was asked to provide it again this time with their live chat where I can attach images and was told they would process it and they would reprocess the claims.
Once again haven’t heard back from them. I am getting extremely frustrated since their normal business hours are when I am working, and it’s getting very frustrating playing these games with them. Why would they not cover anything in the first place? They are listed as my primary insurance, in network, and I’m paying for it every paycheck.
My company is dropping BCBS, I wonder if this is why?
I have a HSA card with a couple hundred that I absolutely should not have to use for something that is included in my plan, but if I don’t use it I lose it. And even that won’t cover the expenses of both doctors visits (almost $1000)

I have projector lights and for the last 4 years I’ve had some LED bulbs in bought from Amazon. They started flickering so bought a different type as couldn’t get the same ones again, and these went faulty in 2 weeks. A replacement set are flickering from the off….
Can anyone recommend a set of H7 LED bulbs please?
No issues with beam pattern, lights have gone through every MOT with LED bulbs fitted.

Which pillows are you all loving for breastfeeding?
I hear everyone likes the Twin Z, but what about the My Brest Friend Twin pillow or the TwinGo? The Twin Z looks bulky in the back when it's wrapped around you and I wonder how that will be when sitting on the sofa or in the nursing chair. The TwinGo looks great. I like that it comes apart to be two separate pillows, but that price tag is rough ($200 for a dang pillow!)
I have begrudgingly accepted that I will have multiple strollers but please don't tell me that I will have to have multiple pillows all over my house, too!
