Just curious if I’m the only one in a marriage where if I don’t initiate then we’re not having sex, but if I initiate and she doesn’t feel like it we’re also not having sex? My favorite is the “I tried to wait up for you” line the next morning making it my fault we didn’t have sex, but she gave no indication that there was any possibility before she went up. Mind you I am not staying up unreasonably late, like 9/930 is typical after she goes up at 830. Just getting to the point of being beyond frustrated, at this point I’ve stopped trying to initiate just because the rejection is fucking with my head too much. Any tips? We’ve talked about it several times, she’ll acknowledge her part but nothing changes. Is it time to call it quits?

I have a LG G2 and Sony atmos av receiver. I'm trying to set up the hdmi sync and I have it working with sky only, it fire tv 4k max and game mode won't work with the lightstrip for some reason. I have the sync box connected direct to earc on tv and av receiver to hdmi 1 with all the other hdims connected through the relevant av inputs. I've tried numerous other ways but cannot get it to work on other but only sky

I'm in an incredibly painful and confusing situation right now, and I’m reaching out for advice or perspective. Yesterday, my fiancé (we were supposed to marry on December 12th) dumped me, and I am left in shock.
Six days ago, I asked for some more time before we get married. I explained that I wasn’t ready, and I needed space to process things. This wasn’t a rejection of him or our relationship—just a request for time. But when I brought it up, he completely blindsided me and suddenly decided he didn't want me anymore.
The situation escalated from there. I got overwhelmed by anxiety and started crying, which led to me getting emotional and acting out. I yelled and, honestly, I got violent—something I regret deeply. I charged at him, frustrated by the emotional rollercoaster I was on and his refusal to listen. That was wrong on my part, and I’m not proud of how I handled it. But in the heat of the moment, I couldn't contain my pain and confusion.
He told me he doesn’t love me anymore and that he would never regret leaving me. I begged him to reconsider, crying uncontrollably. But instead of trying to console me, he smirked at my pain and called me names. He even mocked me for crying, saying it was "psychotic" to cry that way and suggested I was overreacting. At one point, he even threatened to call the cops on me because I was so distressed. He looked at me with disgust while I was in tears.
This morning, after I cried all night, he said he still loves me but doesn’t want to be with me anymore. I feel like my whole world has shattered, and I’m so confused. One minute he says he doesn't love me anymore, and the next, he says he does but still refuses to be with me.
The worst part is that every time I cry, he gets annoyed, calls me names, and dismisses my feelings. He’s always made me feel like my emotions are a burden to him. This whole relationship has felt like an emotional rollercoaster, and now I’m left questioning everything. I’ve always been empathetic and vulnerable with him, but it feels like my emotions were always used against me.
I'm struggling to understand what just happened and why he treated me like this. I feel completely lost, and I’m not sure where to go from here. Has anyone else experienced something like this with a narcissistic partner? How do I even begin to process this? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
