Buondì, mi è tornata alla mente un episodio accaduto anni (decenni) fa a dei conoscenti.
Andando direttamente al sodo: erano in hotel i bambini 7-8 anni stavano giocando da soli in aree aperte al pubbliche senza la supervisione dei genitori, un adulto sui 45-50 anni infastidito prende per l'orecchio il figlio della coppia (causandoli a distanza di giorni un infezione che necessiterà di cure).
Il padre una volta appresa la faccenda si fa chiamare il direttore e nel frattempo litiga con l'energumeno, arrivano i carabinieri ecc. L'ospite viene cacciato dall'hotel la sera stessa.
Da un punto di vista giuridico nel caso succedesse quanto sopra descritto quali sono i passaggi da fare per tutelarsi e tutelare il minore, bisogna chiamare i carabinieri? Ci sarebbe spazio per un risarcimento danni morali, psicologici (tenuto conto dell'infezione al lobo dell'orecchio?) ecc.
Voi come vi comporterete?

Hey bokashi! Hope you've had a great holiday week and a mellow weekend. I wanted to share that my super small biz is running a 30% off sale now through Monday for Small Biz Saturday.
We actually shut our shop down on Thursday and Friday to run a fundraiser for a local nonprofit in our community instead. We're still running the fundraiser, selling merch with their Compost For All program logo. 100% of proceeds on the merch is being donated to the nonprofit.
I hope you'll check out the fundraiser. It's an amazing nonprofit: basically a 2 acre micro farm that grows food and gives away CSA shares for free for families in need. Kids of all ages learn about gardening + regeneratively growing their own food, how to run a business, how to compost, and more.
Plus, teens who work on the farm actually hired as paid interns (a big part of the nonprofit is economic justice). It's a special place and we've been grateful to work with them on their community composting operation.

Basically in the certified letter, A/D0R says they faithfully fulfilled the contract and it's the members that aren't open to conversation. The penalty N/J/s might have to pay is estimated at 600 billion won and time stamps from the certified reply show A/D0R replied well within the deadline, even though N/J/s claims they didn't and that's why they held the press conference. This isn't good at all if this goes to court. Koreans are also backing up H/YB and A/D0R and are saying the members are naive and don't know anything about contracts. 28m, symptoms affecting sexual, urinary and defecatory functions started ten years ago after undergoing a hernia repair via mesh insertion. I didn’t understand what exactly was wrong and thought it was some weird prostate problem. Nothing helped and I lost hope.
A year ago I found some relief via doing some stretches I found on Youtube but it didn’t help too much with erection strength. Recently several weeks ago I posted here about how I suddenly realized I had lost the ability to wiggle my erect penis compared to ten years ago. Someone mentioned I should look into that being a tight pelvic floor. And I did.
I saw some specific pelvic stretches online linked below and started training my hip adductor muscles as well as train leg muscles more seriously. For the past few weeks I’ve had titanium strong erections, so strong that I forgot how good ejaculations can feel.
Specifically, I feel a muscle in my perineum twitching when I do the knee to shoulder stretch only when doing the right side (that’s the side where I had my hernia inserted! I always suspected it had something to do with this but never confirmed until now!) I think that specific stretch has been the main contributor to my improvements.

This can lead to relapse. However, most (if not all) tapering regimes imply taking 100% of the drug for X days and then switching to a different tablet that contains 87.5% or 75% of the drug. It is precisely at this point that withdrawals can be triggered, particularly for compounds with short half lives.
I wonder if a regime where the patient takes 100% of the drug on day one, 99% on day two, 98.01% on day three (99% of 99%), etc. would avoid these problems. Sure, this would require a dedicated pharmacist so it would be prohibitively expensive, but can withdrawal be triggered by a 1% daily reduction on the addictive compound? Unlikely, as even the USP tolerates an error >5% for oral formulations.

Elon Musk took to social media Wednesday to demand the shutdown of the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB).
Musk is spearheading President-elect Donald Trump’s initiative to reduce the size of the federal government. In a post on X, previously known as Twitter, Musk said that the CFPB should be dismantled and claimed that the regulatory agency overseeing potential future payment operations for Musk’s X platform is redundant.

The problem with so called “factual information” is that it can often be edited, censored, twisted or sensationalized for views fitting a certain political narrative or ideology which is why people have skewed perceptions of what they consider fact turns out being completely fictional as they’re lied to. There's no point in formulating opinions or what you call "fact" since you are NEVER there so that becomes mere fiction.
It does not matter what source of media you read, hear or watch: there's lies in it subliminally - since all media are controlled by bigger entities who have their own agenda and perspectives. It's up to the individual to be smart enough to distinguish between what is completely false and first hand experience & eyewitness level true as seeing it with your own eyes (not common consensus verification).
Hyperbole is present in media, as they care about ratings more than being truthful on camera or social media, the only way to not fall into the their trap is to not believe a single thing they say, even if they presented “evidence” keep in mind that it is edited or altered and not the actual thing they’re showing since they can fabricate lies on top of that without you realizing it at first glance.
News is tricky since people need it to be informed but at the same time take all of it with a grain of salt since the “facts” you hear are edited and distorted for views, you don’t know anything at all unless you’re physically there and know first hand in person what they’re going though is actually like, otherwise never formulate any opinions that are mere assumptions and not actual facts that correlate to the story.
What media cannot reproduce is that the "smell" or "touch" & "vibe" of a story, as you were never there, for instance do you know what actual gunpowder smells like upon it being used in the frontlines where war correspondents are present? Do you know what the texture of blood feels like? Media has limited screen time while the real event in front of your eyes goes on continously as there's no pause button.
Any photographic or video "evidence" they show can easily be photoshopped or deep faked, NEVER take their word for it not believe anything from anyone at all until YOU SEE IT WITH YOUR OWN EYES to confirm, that is the only way you can make the one who speaks the loudest pretending to be truthful calling them a liar if you proved their "sources" are bogus as you roasted them for editing or altering it distorting the facts.
This can leave a biased view for some, for example you saw a recorded video about a school brawl that went viral online that caught news outlet's attention, but do you deem that video alone as definitive proof of what really happened? That is the tricky part to distinguish since people jump to conclusions without thinking twice, which leaves out a lot since you may never know if:
- The parties involved staged the whole thing for clout and attention
- The parties from both sides planned the whole thing prior to filming
- It was all an theatrical play or act not meant to be taken seriously
- Off camera, they mention specific details not shown or told on the news
News about such subjects are heavily exaggerated or sensationalized for ratings, plus they are limited on what they can show or say on the camera. Hypotheticals of imagining these scenarios does not work since you are never there, media can’t replicate the smell and atmosphere of what being a refugee or soldier is like since that is something you can only understand once you’re actually there stepping into their own shoes.
Education is skewed too just like the news, since the teacher or resource can edit, alter, sensationalize or twist the narrative they consider "factually true" adhering to their own liking. I.e. textbooks say that 6m Jews died but IGNORE that other groups were affected such as Roma, Gypsies, Homosexuals, Political Dissidents, as they ONLY SAY that Jews died in the camps but OVERLOOK OTHER VICTIMS which is very wrong and distorted.
NEVER believe what you hear or what you're taught at school, since it's akin to brainwashing (indirectly) as the syllabus in question is tailored to fit to their own agenda and narrative. History can be whitewashed by some people if it involves their country or themselves as the main antagonist in said event, you are never immune to propaganda in any fashion no matter how much you try to distance yourself from it.
For example, a historical text states that "we bought the land" while they OMIT the fact they killed the natives who lived there for millenia rewriting it as "we negotiated with the natives and bought the land" is what's told to the masses, a false historical narrative spreads around for generations while those who see beyond the lens are horrified to find out that what they are taught this whole time is a bunch of lies.
This is why people have flawed or skewed perspectives in key historical events, as how they were taught during their school years differs. For example, Western historians mention the atrocities Japan did in Unit 731 but Japanese textbooks and historians deny their involvement only acknowledging it's existence but not admitting that they are the perpetrators despite recorded evidence.
Some people have biases on every source they come across feeling conflicted on what and who to believe, despite the common "consensus of it being true and verified" stemming from the masses, it can still be distorted if you look further into the rabbit hole. Since the one who verified said info can twist or tweak the story for the sake of clout as the "hardcore truth" is too boring for them but that spreads lies.
