Does anyone know what does the "feat." mean exactly? Some song titles have the word "feat" in it, for example "I wanna love you clean Akon feat. Snoop dog". What does "feat." mean? Not sure if there's really a convention. I feel most of these are used interchangeably. For what it's worth, though: 'Feat' implies a short cameo, like a guest solo or a rapped bridge. My kid will be playing 9U rep in the Spring. He's a good hitter with pretty good technique. We go to the cage maybe once or twice a week in the off-season. I know kids this age shouldn't be lifting weights yet. But are there any "fun" exercises he can do to get a little more pop?

Hi everyone,
M26, Since January/February last year, I experienced a (for me) pretty intense psoriasis outbreak, which came out of nowhere. I’ve had mild psoriasis since 2016, but this was way worse than anything I’d dealt with before. 4 months before, I developed a health anxiety disorder (hypochondria), so I’m not sure if the stress triggered it.
A few months later, on top of the psoriasis spots, I started noticing itching and a rash in certain areas: under my armpits, the inside of my thighs, the bends of my elbows, and even on the head of my penis (the glans). Things improved significantly during the summer — the psoriasis and the itchy rash nearly disappeared.
But now that it’s November, everything is coming back. The psoriasis is flaring up again, the itching is back, and the rash has returned in the same areas. It’s making me really self-conscious, and I’m desperate to figure out what’s causing it. Could this be a fungal infection, an allergy, or even something trauma-related?
I’m already taking Vitamin C, Vitamin D, pure Omega-3, and Lactospore probiotics daily, but sadly, they haven’t made much of a difference.
If anyone has experienced something similar or has advice on what might help, I’d be incredibly grateful. I’m feeling pretty hopeless at this point.

I want to move the money in my 403b that I have in the Contrafund (FLCNX) and JPM LG CAP Growth (JLGMX) funds and put it into something that replicates the VTI Total market fund.
I think I read somewhere VTI consists of 85% SP500 and 15 % Mid/Small cap.
I was thinking 85% in VIIIX and 15% in VEMPX funds would do it. Would that be correct?
