My dad and mom immigrated to nyc without any money. My dad drove taxi and worked his best to support our family. My brother makes 300k in finance, my sister is a teacher and I’m a nurse. I think my parents raised us well even though we didn’t have much. My brother bought my parents their first house a year ago and they are 70 years old.
All of my dad’s side are in LA. They went there with money so it was easier for them to settle in. Due to life and finances, my dad wasn’t able to see his siblings for over 20 years.
One uncle came for my brother’s wedding and he kept bragging about his money. He put us down saying our house is old and how his old is brand new. I used to major in pharmacy and switched to nursing. That uncle makes a statement that his daughter in law made up for my loss of not being a pharmacist so she is one. I was like ummmm what does that have to do with me???? This made me so upset.
That uncle also makes a statement to my dad that even though my dad is older in society, my uncle is higher than him because he has more money. This made my dad so enraged that my dad didn’t even say bye when my uncle left to LA.
Also, All of his siblings also put my dad down by asking him what my dad did all these years that he wasn’t able to do well. My dad was so hurt. If they cared so much why not help my dad. That uncle went back to LA and lies saying we didn’t use a single dollar on them when In fact I used my money to show them around town. They all believe him because they’ve been living close to each other and my dad was away for many years.
I am so enraged how do I get revenge????

With the interns and the people who want to be hired, who do I have a feeling one of their missions with one or a lot of them will go horribly wrong? Or either Crimson, Striker, Stella and her brother pays someone to capture them when their back is turned or worse, like being noticed can be a good thing but it can also be a bad thing, yes more clients means more money but on top of that what happens to the book Stolas was in trusted by his father that’s TECHNICALLY a heirloom to the goetia? I wonder if Stella even cares about that, but for granted it all goes to her brother so I feel like he’s going to try to get it back somehow either for his gain or for Octavia? What do you all think?

I’m reaching out to get some insights from others who might have experienced similar situations, or from fathers who have reconnected with their children after a long estrangement. I’m hoping to hear about the emotional journey from both sides those who’ve been estranged and those who’ve been absent for years, especially fathers.
A bit of background: I’m 32 and recently began talking to my father again after 28 years of no contact. My mother told me my father was sexually abusive, and when I was growing up, she told my sister lie about being molested. I believed her and thought he was the worst kind of person. Recently, my sister came to me and told me that she didn’t experience any of that and that our mother’s version of events wasn’t true. My mother is a toxic, true narcissist, and a compulsive liar. She has mistreated me my whole life. I say this so it wasn’t hard to believe. My sister had already reconnected with him about six years ago. I’m guessing she kept it from me because of guilt. He had reached out to me before at 22. My sister could have told me then. She reached out him he after the death of my step dad.
I’ve recently started talking to my father too, and he’s been nothing but kind and positive completely different from the person my mother described. Incredibly intelligent and he has 50 pounds of court documents he held onto. He also was never convicted of this. He’s even told me that having us back in his life has been his dream for years, and he’s so excited to be reconnected.
I’m struggling to understand how my father can feel so strongly after being absent for so long. From my perspective, he feels like a stranger, and I’m overwhelmed by how to rebuild a relationship with someone I don’t really know anymore. But he seems so thrilled, and I want to understand his feelings more

I'm a gaming channel and I'm at just under 100 subs (98) and I have just stalled out on creating. I pigeonholed myself pretty badly into playing only one game. I post content of other games, those videos perform super poorly, however I posted a Minecraft video recently that performed half decent and it made me wonder if variety gaming could actually be done.
Basically, I'm wondering if it's really worth it for me to continue and if I'll ever make it out of this hole that I've dug myself into.

2024.12.01 01:51 Single-Accident-394 FBW Issues (A380 & A320)
I have installed the FBW A380 and A320 and none of them work properly. When I load up the A320 the cockpit screens are all black with on of them saying "If you're seeing this, instrument didn't load"
And for the A380, I can't seem to turn on the engines as none of the cockpit switches work for me, the front steering wheel of the plane is always turned to the left(see attached pics)
I have uninstalled both the planes and reinstalled them (again with FBW installer) but to no success. I have also reinstalled flight simulator but nothing has changed.
Does anyone know what's wrong?
