Every now and then, I get a negative UF on a cycle. Overall UF is positive though, so that's good. But let's say the fill is 2000 and the drain will be 1500, leaving my UF at -500. Does this happen to anyone else, and if so, how do you deal with it? I usually have to do a manual drain later in the day if the last cycle's UF is negative, which means I'm carrying around extra solution in mah belly.

 | Since iron first and Spiderman are coming to marvel rivals, why don't add the whole group? So I decided to creat how their kit would work. Iron first: his attacks could be somewhat similar to fighting games, like having a light and a heavy attack and making sofisticated combos with them. He could also have a defensive ability, like deflection projectiles or just blocking them. And a debuff, like a punch that decrease the damage of enemies or increase the cooldown. His ultimate would be the dragon first, he focus his chi to make a powerful punch that deal damage in a big line Infront of him and go through walls Nova: his normal attack would be just a energy beam that if he holds for too long it will overheat, making him stay longer without attacking, his secondary attack does the same, if you combine both it will deal 2,5 times more damage, but also drain faster. He can also fly, one of his abilities is a long dash in the air with a cooldown, if it hits an opponent will deal damage to them, but stop the dash and increase the cooldown. His last ability will empower him, increasing the duration of his fire, movement speed and gives cooldown reduction, lasts for 5 seconds and has a very big cooldown. During ultimate will shoot energy from both arms, going from the borders and meeting at the centre, covering the whole screen, after this he will have 5 seconds to use his second ultimate, I. Which he will make an explosion, dealing damage to enemies near it, the damage is based on the 1st ultimate damage and the damage dealt during the 5 seconds. White tiger: she could have a passive to climb walls. She use her claws to do melee damage and has a crit chance of 20% (not related to where it hits, just a luck based stat). One of her abilities could be to empower her claws, dealing extra electric damage. She could also have a movement ability, like a jump, and if she lands on an opponent, deal damage to it. She could also have the ability to sense enemies through walls using her enhanced senses, probably channeling for 3 seconds before casting it, seen enemies in some 40 to 50 meters away. For her ult she would summon the tiger god, similar to black panther ultimate, but it would attack enemies independently and have health, being defeatable during combats. Luke cage:his passive makes effects and debuffs pass faster on him. He normal attacks are punches, pretty straightforward. He also have a uppercut that launches enemies into the air. One of his abilities makes him block damage, receiving significantly less damage while not being able to attack and also receiving more healing. Other ability makes him grab a bolder from the ground and throws it. During his ultimate he became much stronger, making him immune to most status and cannot be pushed back. He also receive shield based on how many allies are close to him. Seen a few posts similar but most are about erecting a fence or are to do with flats.
We are in the middle of buying a semi detached home in Scotland. Its ex local authority and large majority were bought a long time ago. Our solicitor has arranged a meeting to discuss a drying green title deeds issue, but it’s a week in advance and I’m too curious in the meantime.
Basically, the garden is split, as you’d expect, in two but there’s an issue with the deeds due to it previously being shared as a drying green. Apparently really common in the area with ex council. The neighbours next door bought their home a few years back according to rightmove so I’m guessing will have gone through the same thing? But to allow them to have half, would that not have meant the house I’m buying would have had to have their title deeds updated?
Anyone been in this situation? Solicitor has mentioned it’s lengthy. Is this going to cost us or the seller? We got the house after the previous buyers pulled out “last minute” after a lengthy sale so a bit scared it’s related, but I guess I’ll have to wait and see. Just wondering costs mainly and whether it’s an easy enough process.

 | Hello, I am currently a student at CSULB's DPT program. As someone who was going through the acceptance anxiety last year that many of you are now, I collected data from 15 of my classmates applications to help guesstimate admission chances. As CSULB is a state school, it is incredibly competitive, with around 1200 applicants a year and 36-38 spots, so please keep that in mind while reviewing the data. The admissions team at CSULB DPT program states that they take a wholistic approach while reviewing student's applicants - they equally weigh each part of the application and try to look at each applicant as a whole. I, alongside many of my other classmates, found it incredibly difficult or downright impossible to find credible sources for certain GPAs, GREs, letters of rec, hours, etc. to aim for before applying. I hope this can help serve as a guide for stats to aim for in order to better future applications. The list of data can be found in a link below. A major caveat of this data is only 15 of the 36 current cohort members application data was collected. Those who chose to respond may have had better application statistics than those who did not. Majors Our cohort consists of a surprisingly wide range of majors. We have, like most DPT programs, the largest makeup of kinesiology majors. Those with the highest GPAs tend to be kinesiology majors. In California, kinesiology is only offered at Cal States, rather than UCs. Cal states do not round GPAs depending on -'s or +'s. For example, an A- at a Cal State would read as a 4.0 in transcripts, while an A- at a UC would read as a 3.7. This could be a reason why GPAs were higher. As for the lowest GPAs in application, they tended to be from UCs with tougher majors, such as cell biology. Also, although not included in the graph, the lowest writing score was a 4.0, and the highest was a 5.5. Scores averaged out to around a 4.5. Those with a higher overall GRE score tended to have a higher writing score as well. A stereotypical pattern was 1 LOR from a professor they knew well through working on some sort of project or frequenting office hours, and 2 from physical therapists they worked under. As seen below, around half of applicants had over 1000 hours. The number of settings reported is on the Y-axis. There seems to be a trend between those with less hours and more settings. Numerous answers were allowed - someone could report both their Academics (GPA/GRE) and essay as their strongest part of their application. Most people judged their admissions essay as the strongest part of their application, with letters of rec, hours of experience, and academics equally following in 2nd place. This is likely due to CSULB's admission criteria, where they weigh the story of each applicant alongside their stats, rather than looking solely at academics. There seems to be a general trend of more is better. Although there are some applicants with weak points, they are more than made up with extraordinary letters of rec or extracurricular activities. Our cohort on average in their application had a 3.7 GPA, a 310 GRE with 4.5 writing, a very strong essay, 3 solid LOR from professors and PTs they knew for long periods of time, and close to 1000 hours of experience. Also, only 2 or 3 of the students in our cohort applied from out of state colleges, but all of them lived in California in high school before attending a college that is out of state. Hi, over the last few months I read posts on this subreddit from time to time to get closer to understanding my sexuality (or lack there of). I'm still not 100% sure where I am on the a-spectrum. I can't remember ever experiencing sexual attraction (if I understood correctly what that even is) but I never had sex or a relationship where sex was ever a topic. Therefore I don't really know how I feel towards sex. I can imagine trying it out but am not sure whether I like it or not. I am certain that I need stuff like cuddling (but also kissing I think) in a relationship.
I'm currently very uncertain about the whole topic and also pretty introverted and honestly feel a bit lost. I have never used any dating apps and the only relationship I ever had was a few years ago and it didn't go long so almost no experience with dating. So how am I supposed to do dating if I am already bad at surface level conversations but have to communicate about something I'm not even sure about myself?
