I’m selling my Qi10 3W and 3H. Each were used for one range session and one 18 hole round. I replaced them with a Mini Burner and a 5W. Both clubs would be “mint” or “above average” condition on 2nd Swing.
The 3W has a Tensei 65g S-flex shaft and the 3H has a Ventus TR 7-S shaft non-velocore.

Hi all, Just wondering what thoughts other teachers have about the impact of not following the school's vision. By this what I mean is that if a school's SLT has decided that teachers are to use certain schemes and follow set expectations for how subjects are taught, how might a teacher who doesn't follow them impact the quality and consistency of teaching in the school, how might it affect pupil achievement, and what if what the teacher does improves achievement during that academic year will pupils struggle the following year when returning to the scheme being taught or continue to thrive?
My mind keeps wandering to metaphors like the cogs in a machine going one way except one. Or teachers being like coaches for football players (pupils) but one coach deciding to teach rugby for a year. I appreciate the reality is much more complicated which is why I'm curious what others have to say.

Do you fellow drivers follow the order the Diad shows in what order the packages should be delivered? I am getting put on new routes, so I don’t know the area well. I try to follow the diad, but it literally feels like I go in circles….

I know most of you download custom rosters, but are there any changes you would do to players?
For example I changed Michkov from playmaker to sniper, moved out Carter Hart so teams can pick him up in free agency. Maybe change Celebrini from playmaker to sniper? Dude shoots more irl than many other who are considered playmakers.
I also change LTIR players like Landeskog to 70 ovr, like they do with Carey Price.

2024.12.01 01:30 Aid_ann Volt gauge issues after TIPM replacement
Hey y’all so just bought an 06 5.9 mega and previous owner had a tipm on the way for a previous issue got the part installed and did the initial startup sequence etc and when i turned the truck on everything was good besides the volt gauge reading all the way max. Was wondering if anyones had a similar issue, truck read normal voltage before hand and i dont believe theres any issues with the alternator. Also batteries are new. Was going to start by checking the connections of grounds and such but any insight is appreciated.
