Ran across this, curious what you guys think. Radiant Farms sells "banisteriopsis caapi chews" , claims 64mg alkaloids per. My interest was in using this for the MAOI 60 mins before Ayahuasca to potentiates the first cup, which otherwise might lose much of the DMT. Not sure if 64mg of alkaloids is a significant enough dose or not?

2024.12.01 01:40 Ok_Read_2804 Revolution Plus for Cats - two smaller doses?
I have an 10lbs 10oz cat that I adopted fairly recenly. I have two doses of the Yellow 2.8-5.5lbs box of Revolution Plus from my late kitty who was much smaller than my current guy.
Since his weight is double the max dosage, would it be safe (and effective) to use two doses of the Yellow box Revolution Plus on him, so as not to waste it & until I can get the correct dosage again for next month and going forward?
For reference, my cat is indoor only but my roommate has a small dog who is not always up to date on flea+tick, so I would like to keep my cat protected. I have given him the orange box dose of Revolution Plus twice already with no ill effect. Thankyou in advance!!

21f, 5’3, 108 lbs.
A year ago, I stopped sneezing due to some headaches. Eventually, the sneezing came back, and everything returned to normal. I was a bit surprised by the lack of sneezing, but I didn’t think it was a big deal since it resolved on its own.
I’ve also had a swollen lymph node in my armpit for almost a year now, and it’s still there. Occasionally, I’ve felt some itchiness, but I thought it might be because I was eating too many high-sodium meals and a lot of red meat. The itchiness calmed down a bit when I cut back on these foods.
Around July, my skin started feeling extremely itchy. I decided to cut down on red meat again, being more strict this time and only eating it on weekends. However, I continued to consume too much salt. Whenever I ate something very salty, I would feel very itchy. My urine became bubbly, I noticed white particles in it, and I started urinating a lot. I also felt twitching sensations near my kidneys. I seriously thought I had kidney disease.
I decided to get some blood tests. Then, around September 11 of this year, I started experiencing headaches again and lost my ability to sneeze. Occasionally, I had muscle twitches, but I thought they weren’t a big deal.
By late November, I lost my ability to sneeze again. My headache now affects my entire head. I also have neck pain, shoulder pain, hoarseness, occasional tinnitus, TMJ/ear pain, chest pain, muscle twitches, body aches, and other symptoms. I feel so scared, and I want to cry. At this point, I don’t think this is normal.
I’ve also been experiencing severe memory issues, which have been ongoing for years but seem to have worsened recently. I have my recent lab results if they’re needed.
For context, I’ve had tinnitus for years and recurring headaches, but the inability to sneeze is what concerns me the most. I don’t think it’s normal. My TSH went from 6 to almost 12—could that play a role?
I wear glasses, but I haven’t updated my prescription in a year. I do have an eye appointment scheduled for December.

Ive worked retail my whole life in mostly grocery stores , unfortunately I made some poor choices and got a misdemeanor battery almost 3 years ago. I was recently denied a job at Walmart because of it and now I am thinking that may be the case with what companies I’d target with my experience.
I have tried applying to warehouses/labor jobs etc. No luck with that I just feel I am not the targeted demographic for those type of jobs and I have no experience in them either which doesn’t help.
So I need some advice on what work arounds I can look into or what retail companies might hire me still.
Or maybe I should just throw in the towel at this point idk haha.

2024.12.01 01:40 blacksmithgu Is melee t6 even worth it compared to t5 in another style?
For leagues, the final melee mastery just seems way worse than both the ranged and magic t6 unless I'm missing some important interactions. It only works out to a ~10% total increase in DPS and marginal (~10%) amount of increased healing from the t4 relic, which already doesn't heal very much. Pretty much all of the power of the melee masteries is just in the faster attacks since melee has lots of good 5 tick weapons.
I'm not crazy, am I? Skipping melee t6 for being able to 2t shadow or tbow or rcb or whatever seems way better, especially for the bosses who are annoying to fight melee.
