I'm not sure why they call it a frame instead of a tab or window. For me, a name of NL creates a new tab every time. Some of the comments (and other sources) say that using the same name will use the same tab. Hi all,
Quick question. I am thinking about doing some changes to my existing 5.1.2 setup. In my current setup, I have floor standing Polk Signature S60's and an S30 center mounted above the tv angled down at the listening position. I have musiccast surrounds and in ceiling heights. The layout isn't optimal, but it is the best I can do with entry/walk ways, a/c vents, etc. I have been considering changing this to using smaller L/R and having a larger wall mounted tv above the center.
I just ordered a three way monolith 365c to replace my two way mtm two way s30 (thanks black friday) and I am considering ditching the floor standing speakers and going with the matching monolith thx mini towers. In this config, I could get a bigger tv and use the upfiring atmos speakers for heights. Sub is SVS PB1000.
My current config uses musiccast surrounds so I'm married to Yamaha. I wish I could do a 5.1.4, but I'd have to upgrade from a RXV6A to an Aventage A6A and that is cost prohibitive at this point so I'm left with either a 5.1.7 with upfiring fronts or a 5.1.2 and maybe going with a different smaller speakers.
Current 5.1.2 and possible 7.1.2 images attached.

Over 30 hours into Stalker 2, been avoiding the main quest as much as humanly possible and just exploring. I thought it was just a thing with the first barkeep, but it seems like after you do one mission, every time you try to ask for another, the game just tells me to come back later, no matter who you're trying to take one from. Does anybody know if this is by design, or is it a bug of some kind?

With regard to a recent post about the sheriff of Lark Street, I responded with the below comment. That comment has since been removed by the mods. Of course, many people here will not agree with the substance of my response, but it was entirely civil. You know, the sort of back and forth that is supposed to happen in a public forum. I'm curious what all of your thoughts are with respect to the Mods removing contrary yet civil posts? My post is below:
Many folks on this subreddit don't like hard truths. They prefer soft theories that don't work. Those of us who have been around awhile have seen what works and what doesn't. The soft approach does not. This does not mean there should not be additional "soft" remedies in addition to the effective ones. But relying only on soft ones will get you what you have now.
Let the downvoting begin! And let everything continue on its long downward spiral.
He's not self deputizing or enforcing anything. He's just raising awareness and doing what he can to provoke an actual response to unacceptable things that everyone seems to have become numb to. If we accept the current, absurd state of things, things will never get better. And no, posting social workers on the street won't help. There been too much pablum peddled to everyone by well-meaning but soft and naive people. I like that he's drawing attention to the situation and calling for some actual, useful action. Closing down more businesses doesn't help. It makes things worse.
