I just got the vinyl LP yesterday and took a bit of a dose and listened last night. I've listened to the album plenty of times before, but every detail of that production... I'm in awe
Didn't even have the kind of trip that was amenable to enjoying music and I stopped listening after plainsong, but it's so perfect, the mixing, where things are in the soundstage, the reverb on Robert's voice, the shimmering, the chimes...
Part of me wanted to listen to SOLW in this state, but I left well enough alone and went and meditated.
But yeah, when ppl say Disintegration is perfect... now I get it. 🪷🖤🌑☄️🎇

I’ve always loved art, and have been doing it my whole life; however, this is my first time finishing a painting. It was also my first time taking an art class! I’d love to share recent works, but I haven’t made any since. I’ve recently run into a bunch of health issues, and struggle with mental health as well, so it’s been hard. Sajnos csütörtök óta magas lázzal küzdök(39.5) most már kaptam antibiotikumot+ 4 fajta gyógyszert( bakteriális fertőzés) , viszont csak pár órára segít egyenlőre , és ugyanúgy vissza jön a lázam.Szörnyű a közérzetem, sós perecen és mandarinon kívül semmit nem bírok enni, eddig teát ittam de már a könyökömön jön ki … Aki volt ilyen helyzetben és talált valami praktikát ami csak egy kicsit is segíthetne a közérzetemen és abban az időszakban amikor még nem tudom bevenni újra a gyógyszereket, meg tudná velem osztani? Már úgy érzem a lábaim sem bírnak el , nem bírok aludni de fent lenni sem . Előre is köszi, ha tudsz segíteni 🫶🏼

So one of the amazing things about this drug is that it takes away the food noise. And what that new space makes me realize that I have other issues that are at play. Emotional eating is a huge problem for me and I have been doing quite well with it. I’m down 113 pounds over the past Year and a half. I have about 50 more to go and for the first time since I started this program, I’ve gained 5 pounds. I am so afraid that I am somehow going to defy the rules of physics and gain 100 pounds back. I am frightened that I’m not gonna go to be able to right the ship. But I know that every morning is a new day. And I wake up tomorrow and I will get back into my habit of tracking and moving and making better choices. I’ve been doing it since April 2023. I know I can do it. But I wanted to share that these drugs are not an answer to everything. They’re just a tool and like any skill - you have to keep using it to maintain the mastery.
