2024.12.01 02:21 Sure_Window584 Metal gear 1 on Retroarch ps4 won't load (Black screen)
All of my Playstation games work except for metal gear 1. I've heard sometimes it's the file and I've yet to try that. Then they also say to turn off the recompiler if your on pc, It just crashes the emulator but oddly doesn't crash the others.
I'm lost, any suggestions?

Instead of cutting like normal I usually just fast for 2 weeks then eat in a 300cal defeciet and then go back to fasting for 2 weeks until i get to a nice body fat precetage. This works for me and I dont lose crazy amounts of muscle but obviously I lost more than people who cut normally so i was thinking of using a basically natty plus steroid like mk just to keep most/all the muscle on this "cut" and I know the biggest risk is insulin sensitvity but would that no longer be a factor since on a fast your insulin doesn't spike/go up and down since your not eating anything.
