A simple alternative to typical breakfast scrambled eggs that enhances their taste.
2 eggs 1-2 tablespoons whole fat milk 3 tablespoons melted butter 1 pinch of paprika 1 pinch of salt 1 pinch of pepper
mix everything together while scrambling the egg (whisk extra hard after adding in melted butter for about 10 seconds)
add an adequate amount of oil to pan such that it covers the bottom, then heat up with medium-high heat for until pan is hot/oil is sizzling
dump in egg mixture and turn heat down to low heat or turn off heat completely
with a fork/chopsticks/utensil of choice stir ferociously (targeting areas of egg that are comparatively more cooked) until egg forms chunks
if you haven't turned the heat off yet turn it off and continue stirring until it fits your personal expectations for a scrambled egg

So I’ve been having a constant battle with saddles. I’ve been “professionally” fitted for a saddle on a couple occasions, bought the second most padded chamois from Assus (wasn’t in the market for spending $500 on a bib), and my sit bones still kill after about 1.5 hours on the trainer. 1 hour I’m good, 1.5 I’m getting up non stop to ease the pain and by 2 hours I need TF off. lol. I’m currently using a SMP VT20C saddle that was properly fitted and still, same issues. Anyone have problems like this and fixed it?
Please note, I know that the trainer doesn’t move like outdoor and causes more pain, I get it, I get this outside as well though just maybe slightly later. I’ve also been riding my entire life (mostly mtb though only on the road the last couple years) and my sit bones are just not happy.

Hi! I dont want this to be a cry for attention or anything like that, I just simply want an answer to a question which has been stuck in my mind for YEARS now, and that is Whether or not I was abused when I was younger. The discipline (as my mom called it) occured around when i was 5-12, it mainly consisted of the basics like slapping your kid and punching them, basic punishments yk. The question mainly comes from stuff I don't really see posts about, I'll just name a couple instances but if you need more info ask!
-One day before middle school started, my geometry math work book had a slight tear in the cover, and in response my mom grabbed me by the collar of my tshirt and threw me to the ground calling me a "disgusting pig"
-We had gotten a heated argument (I dont remember what of) I was crying because of it, and my mom who was washing dishes at the time pointed a knife at me and said "I fucking hate you so much you're a leech to my happiness"
-(This one im pretty sure was reasonable but my friends told me it wasnt normal so just to be safe) I believe I came home after getting a bad grade on a assignment, and my mom saw the test paper. After which she started throwing stuff at me and after beat me with a coat hanger till it broke.
-(This is the last one im gunna do because i dont really like recalling these much) but one day after I came back from seeing my dad for a bit(theyre divorced) I was crying because I missed him(I think I was like 6) my mom grabbed my arm and screamed that "men shouldn't be allowed to cry" and "stop crying about your father". She then kept calling me an "idiot", a "failure, and that she "wished that i never existed"
If you need anymore context please ask and I'll provide some! I dont need arm chair diagnosis btw I just want to know if this is normal or if im being overdramatic like my mom said. Ty in advance!
