2024.12.01 04:40 ShinyCherrim Fast growing patch right next to my eye? 30M
Any thoughts on what this could be? Top image is from roughly 6 months ago, bottom is from today:

I also have been diagnosed with systemic mastocytosis - I do have skin ininvolvement but this patch does not appear or react like any of the other spots of mastocytosis I have.
I do have issues with my eyes watering due to allergic reactions, I initially thought that this spot may have been a tear stain but it my tears don't pool in that entire area. Upon closure inspection it seems like there are a bunch of freckles in it which were not present prior including freckles in the surrounding area have appeared. I very rarely go out during the day, usually just for appointments which occur maybe once a month.
Should I be more concerned and press for a skin check quicker? With the mastocytosis diagnosis I do have the ability to get seen relatively quickly by a dermatologist and my oncologist but I'd rather not resort to that if its just some stain or something minor like that.

I went to treatment for bulimia.. almost 10 years ago. I think I have purged maybe 4-5 times in the last year, which has been a recurring thing lately. My question is, when you know something is a trigger, like certain foods others may be eating, how do you avoid the urge to purge? For me, it comes from a sense of feeling hopelessness, that I already binged so I need to make up for it by purging. How do you pace yourself when this happens? I think I also suffer from a food scarcity perspectice, feeling like if I don't eat all the food now, that I won't have any later, when it's really should be that I save it for later. Any advice would be appreciated.

Hello fellow redditors. I'm looking to go out solo drinking today and am in dire need of your help for suggestions.
Hopefully some place that doesn't charge absurd amounts for a single entry and is near JP nagar or a reasonable distance from here ( within 10km )
I'd appreciate it if you also knew how the drinks actually were at these places, in quality and price.
I usually prefer drinking at a quiet place but that may not be possible on a Sunday so it's not thaf big if a concern as long as they have a table at the corner that I can take and mind my own business.
I'm gonna roam around the city till sometime in the afternoon and then hit the place, in case there's timings whoch are specific please LMK.
If there's a reservation required please let me know about that too.

2024.12.01 04:40 Ok_Zebra1858 Orion 6" f/4, a quality newtonian?
I own an 9.25 inch schmidt cassegrain telescope that I use for imaging, powered by an EQ6R mount, and am wondering if it’s worth buying a used 6" f/4 newt which I would also use for imaging. I am planning on selling my Nexstar 6se telescope to replace it with this scope. I would only be using it on very windy nights, or at the same time as the 9.25". Is this worth it if I got a small harmonic mount at some point, since I am getting the scope and the mpcc iii coma corrector for only 400$ usd. Also, is the Orion 6" f/4 a good scope with a quality primary mirror and good features?
I know the downsides of an f/4 scope and am ready to deal with them.

2024.12.01 04:40 static_xvi Is Breakpoint Year 1 Pass Worth It?
I’ve been playing Wildlands recently and really been enjoying it. My one and only complaint is that the game feels kinda dated.
As a result, I looked at getting Breakpoint. From what I know, its better in terms of graphics and gameplay. I don’t care much for story so thats not an issue. If its good its good, if not its not biggie.
Currently, Breakpoint is on sale and so is the Year 1 Pass bundle. I wanted to see if it was worth it, but everything I’ve seen has been from when it first released. So I ask, with hindsight, is it worth getting the Year 1 Pass bundle? I’m only really looking for some extra content and maybe fast-tracking some strong guns. In short, is the content in the Pass worth the extra dough (about double the price of core Breakpoint on sale) , or would I be better off burning my money?

Alex’s love for adventure clashed with her need for routine. He loved spontaneous road trips, while she found comfort in quiet evenings at home with a book. Their tastes in food, travel, and even their perspectives on life seemed to drift further apart as time went on. Samantha tried to ignore the unease in her heart, thinking it was just a phase.
