Hi
I (30M) recently moved into a 3 bed apartment with a random roommate Amy, (41F). In the property managers search to fill the third room, Amy suggested her “good friend” Brian (27M). I expressed concerns about this guy but was persuaded to be on board by what turns out to be lies. She has also lied to me about a few things and I do not trust her.
Brian seems cool overall but I think he’s autistic, and Any definitely has him in her grasps. They seem to be in a relationship but do not have intimacy. Together they’ve taken an unfair influence in the apartment through a 2v1 vote lead by Amy, and forgotten I also pay rent. They’ve done some truly crazy things and are trying to enforce wild rules that I would never ask a stranger to do. Just two examples, she asks that I don’t use lights in the kitchen, and she insists that the living room has to be for storage, despite a storage area downstairs we could use. Brian is cool with this.
I don’t care about Amy anymore, and Brian is just okay. they are ruining my apartment and I want a say in my home, even if it means they never leave their room or move out.
Some extra details:
- She lies about her past to cover the fact that she’s an illegal Filipina immigrant, I don’t think Brian has figured this out lol
- She claims Brian just got out of rehab for weed (?) and has told me that she pushed him to go into it because her “coworkers did not approve of having a friend who smokes weed”
- I work from home on call so I have access to the house when they’re not around, during the day or at night.

Headshot lover, and played Destiny 2, and not a fan of its hitting style, kind of mild, love hitting feeling of COD BO6 zombies, but it doesn’t offer big boss to shoot head for a period of time then kill. I currently utilise Serviio to view tv shows and movies from my PC and after watching a few it has File Not Supported. I discovered if I clear the cache then they work but at times I have to do this after watching 2-3 programs. Is it because the cache is limited? I do not use any other app on the TV just free to air.  | Fighting a guild 50% more powerful than you sure is fun. In this run of three battles, the weakest guild we fought was 25% tougher than us. We didn’t have this problem before. Maybe it’s the holidays, but maybe guilds shouldn’t be allowed to select battle tiers they’re way too powerful for. Is everyone gonna select tier 1 to try and steamroll a guild that’s 1/3rd your power? How is that even a choice? For how long guild wars lasts and how bad the rewards are, it’d be nice to have competitive matches.
