I got hit when I was at work today and the guy came in and told me, but it didn’t seem like anything. However when I drove home my alignment was way off and then I noticed a scratch on both the rims and the tire. I was dumb enough not to ask for ID or anything but I got his license plate. Any help?

I hope that this is the correct forum for this question, please excuse me if it is not:
I have begun studying computer programming with the intention of moving back to the U.S. with my family in about 3 or 4 years, hoping by then to be job ready in the field.
A friend of mine (who is not a computer engineer) said that I maybe should get a Masters Degree to help with finding a decent job.
This prompts my first question: Is this true in this field, that a Masters degree would be "worth it", or helpful, and to what degree? Or are various specific language certifications and perhaps, tangible results (such as websites or apps you have created) what employers are looking for mostly? Assuming that this is true (if masters_worth = True: print(Yes)..... hehe)
As it stands, I am looking at about $28,000 in student loans for my undergraduate degree in Philosophy, most of which are accruing interest as we speak. This makes me want to find a more affordable way to get the Masters, should I even need it. Being in China, there are options here, in China.
So my next question:
Does anyone know whether or not a Masters in Computer Science from a school in China would be looked at any differently than one from a U.S. institution? And to what degree? Or, are there specific schools in China perhaps that are respected? Thank you so much for your time if you are reading and/or replying! These are big decisions for me and without having any experience or presence in the field, I am blind, and would rather not make my decisions here thusly!

So, I'm putting together a Birthday/Christmas gift for my brother a Gamecube as I'm certain that the old one he had was lost. After looking into it, I figured I could do mod it for him as he was impressed with the work in soft modding my old phat PS2.
So, the method I'm doing is with the SP2SD2 Pro I've purchased with an imported JP Gamecube. I also have an Action Replay disc as I've seen as that to be one of the easier methods to do this, and a GC2SD memory card with a 1 GB micro SD I've purchased from Amazon, as I've read that I would need one that has around that space while it having just Micro SD, not the more up-to-date ones.
Is there a specific way i need to arrange in the 1 GB card to have swiss be seen? I ask this as every time I turn it on it just boots to the Action Replay menu. Or will I need something else?
