My husband and I have been together 12 years. We share one daughter together and have two from a previous marriage. To say the past twelve years have been mentally, emotionally and physically exhausting is an understatement. A couple of years ago his ex wife flew in from out of state. He went to spend time with her and his son (we had been raising his daughter) My kids and our youngest daughter were waiting for them to come back to the hotel we were staying in. They were really excited to see their step brother as it had been 4 years since we last saw him. When I called to see what was taking so long his ex got on the phone and told me to stay the f*** away from her kids. He shut off his phone and I was unable to contact him for an hour. When he showed up at the hotel he told us that his son did not want to see us and his daughter was going back to live with her mom. I discovered some messages between him and his ex saying they missed each other and couldn’t wait to see each other. He told her we were separated and that’s all I know. It’s been a really bad two years. My daughter who was 4 when we married, then 13 now hates him and thinks he was never the person we thought he was. She sent him an email saying she hoped he died which he showed to his ex and daughter. So my daughter and his daughter, who had always been extremely close got into an argument and have had no relationship since. Basically it feels like this whole incident broke the family we had worked so hard to blend. He refused counseling at the time or any real explanation as to why he had told his ex those things except for him and I had been struggling. This year has been the worst. My dad was diagnosed with cancer, he lost his job, my appendix almost ruptured followed by a bowel bleed that required surgery. I’ve had blood pressure issues, severe vomiting and stomach problems and our sex life became a frequent topic of frustration. For six months he has been telling me how miserable he is with me and he wished I would let him go so he could find a real partner. Finally a month ago I agreed. I had come to peace with the fact that he was miserable and so was I. After I agreed he went to live in his other home for about three days. On Halloween he showed up and had completely changed his mind. Took everything back, accountability for what had happened with his ex, scheduled counseling and has just become this man I don’t know. Constantly complimenting me, thanking me for everything I have done for him over the years, attempting to apologize to my daughter, trying to wait on me hand and foot. It’s suffocating and I don’t understand how he just changed. I’ve told him I don’t know if I can put my heart back in this marriage. I’ve asked for space to figure it out. He refuses to accept that. With him I have lost all my friends, have no freedom, he controls the vehicle and all of our money. I feel like I have been living in a prison. I felt like I could finally breathe when he left. Now my anxiety is back, my high blood pressure is back…. I don’t trust his words or actions but don’t want to throw away our marriage if it’s possible he could have changed. Has anyone experienced anything like this? I can’t sleep or eat. My anxiety is through the roof. Idk what to do. I just want peace.

So Hege is taking off and it rightly absolutely should be. Great project with a great team behind it and a great community.
I’m based in the UK and we don’t have access to binance here, so I’m not sure if it is available on that.
I’ve been in since £5m market cap so it’s already been a great investment for me but this project has the potential to go into the billions mc. It’s probably the best meme coin project wise I’ve seen since SHIB, or at least PEPE.
Obviously at the moment we are all holding on phantom or a wallet akin to that. There’s millions of people out there who don’t even know what phantom is yet alone use it, but they will use the big crypto exchanges. This is where this will turn from an internet cult into a token held by millions of people and a market cap in the billions.
Given that there is already smaller coins on these exchanges, I mean crypto.com literally has loads of shitty meme coins that you can buy on the exchange, my question is when is it HEGE’s turn?
When HEGE gets on these big exchanges a whole bunch of people will rush to buy the next big thing and send this thing further. Does anyone close to the community know what the timescale for something like this is?
I’m really enjoying this journey with HEGE and it’s already been very profitable for me, but I am starting to get greedy. I feel like for the first time in my life I’m incredibly early on a crazily good project. The risk/reward here is so good. I’ve been telling my family to just stick 50 or 100 pounds in and check back in a couple years. For the sake of such a small stake it’s so worth the risk given this coins potential.
But the big money will come when it starts getting listed on the big exchanges, does anyone know when?

 | So after looking at and trying a few wrist straps, including the Peak Design Cuff which had great reviews, I’m here to say the best one yet imho is just a cheap piece of paracord. With a solid terminating knot like a lanyard or diamond knot or whatever you pick, it’s about as tough as it gets. You could bet you life on it never mind a camera. I couldn’t stand the feeling of the QD tabs from the Peak Design system jammed between my palm and the camera. The paracord is so thin you don’t notice it, plus it moves nice and smoothly and quietly without any metal or plastic contact. This also works fantastic with a Black Rapid style strap. I use it to connect an extra carabiner to this wrist strap as a fail safe. It’s fast to setup and essentially fail safe. Plus as someone finally noticed in a review, you can’t wear a backpack as I almost always do with the Peak Design style straps nearly as easily. The sliding action of the BR system is awesome. I trusted it with much more with on a D750 and 70-200 and never had an issue. I’ll add a photo of the strap setup later.
