I have 2019 BMW X5 40i which has done 82k km. The car is well maintained and serviced by BmW dealer under service contract.
Of late I have noticed that at times the car feels heavy to drive. When i accelerate - its doesn’t feel very smooth. But some days it’s absolutely smooth and I feel no vibration through the accelerator or anything. It’s super light on the accelerator and runs awesome. But then other time it feels heavy and I’m not sure if I can call it sluggish or not as when I floor it picks up nicely but does feel coarse.
When I had taken it for service a month back and told them about this - they said nothing is wrong and everything seems fine.
Can anyone shed light on what could be the issue?

If you want your territories to return to you, how will Russia even consider to give them back to you if you only insult and threaten them? Do you really think you can win a war against them to recover your territory? Whoever is telling you can win a war against a country with 50x your population does not care about you. You need to start waking up your friends NOW to avoid the fate of Ukraine. If Russia was willing to go to war with Ukraine which has 1/3 the population of Russia in order to stop NATO from taking over Ukraine, do you think they will not do the same with your country with 1/50 the population? Love Georgia more than you hate Russia. Love your family more than you hate Russia. Please, do not drag your country into hell for cynical Western politicians who really could not care less about you. Just look at what the biggest cheerleader of the war in Ukraine, Senator Lindsey Graham, said about the war in Ukraine. They see you the same way! God save Georgia!

Yooooo what’s up. I’m from Chicago, but living in Florida since I was 17. I used to work at Nike and a skate shop. Now I have a career that I had to do tons of training for. I only work Tuesday nights. Hoping to go full time working Friday-Tuesday in a couple of years.
Im into snapbacks, tattoos, tank tops, and video games. I mostly only wear tank tops paired with a snapback. I have a handful of tattoo located on the chest, arms, and thigh. Don’t ask about them, or ask about my favorite ones, I hate those generic questions. I will say the chest one got misalign because I had some enhancement done to my chest if you understand what I’m saying. My favorite color is black. Purple is cool too and I actually have purple/ lavender hair.
I play a bit of video games. I’m into the Alan Wake universe. I enjoy horror. Made my first big purchase (besides the chest mod) a year ago, got myself a Mercedes. I still like to skate to get around the city though. I’m 5’6ft with a repaired acl and mcl. Fully repaired a month ago. It took me out for like 11 months.
Who’s going to be able to hit me back with everything I shared though. I’m a night owl. I’m pretty bored. It’s Sunday as well so it’ll be extra boring. What’s something fun we can do? Maybe a no holds barred question and comment game. I’ll ask questions about myself, mainly how I dress and look, and I get it answered elaborately. So a writing game. Not for the weak. If anyone wants to do it, that’s around my age, hit me up and let’s spend the night.

Metrics from the Past 30 Days:

  1. Proposals Sent: 34
    • 50% Organic
    • 50% Boosted
  2. Proposal Engagement:
    • 5 proposals were viewed.
    • 2 resulted in interviews.
  3. Targeted Clients:
    • New and existing clients with spend ranging from $1k to $300k and with good feedback.
    • Hiring rate above 50%.
  4. Outcome of Proposals:
    • Out of 34 projects, only 3 clients hired someone.
    • 70% of clients did not interview anyone .
Question:
Does anyone know why such a high percentage of clients are not moving forward with interviews or hires?
Could it be related to the nature of Upwork’s current market trends or changes in client behavior?
Any advice to optimize proposal performance would be appreciated!

So as the title mentions, my boyfriend and I have been together for about 7 months, and while he claims that we will be exclusive at some point, I can’t seem to see the end of the tunnel. I have mentioned it a few times but his response always is something along the lines of « we’re too fresh, let’s give it some time ». Context being, I’m not a very sexual person and he is, so I do know that he isn’t ready to give up his « other choices » although I’ve made efforts to please him more often, but that doesn’t seem to work. I’d hate to end things with him, he’s a fantastic guy and feels like family. How do i approach this situation ?

Thing to know about Ruby: - yes ITS BRANWEN-XIAO LONG
  • Ruby has a fear of Dolphins and Dolphin looking Grimm in particular, we will never know why
  • Ruby lives on Patch Island with her Sister Yang, and her parents Raven and Taiyang. The Latter runs Signal Academy while the former is a Bounty Hunter that comes home mostly on the weekends
  • Ruby unironically smell like roses
  • The Gloves and Pants she is wearing were hand me downs from her Uncle Qrow, well more like just the Pants, the Gloves on the other hand was given to Ruby after she won a her first Duel with Qrow who was forced to give up his gloves if Ruby won.
-As for why it looks sharp it was to make space and give extra "armor" for Qrow's Talons, now said "Armor" serve a offensive role giving Ruby and edge during hand to hand combat.
