So… My Girlfriend (20F) and I (20M) have been together for 3 years and some change. She’s been asking me when I’m gonna marry her since about year 2 (mostly joking but also serious haha) I love her very much, and I of course DO plan on proposing, however I have always explained to her that before we make that next move, I would like to have our own place! (We currently stay with room mates) I have explained that I would love to come to my wife after a long day in OUR home. Does that make sense?
Another thing I have mentioned is wanting to be a bit more financially stable in order to move into a comfy spot that way there is no struggle bussing, although I’m sure there will be, I just want to be prepared.
She mentions that if it’s not before year 5 she’s out, which… in truth does make me sad… but I somewhat understand what she wants as well. I just hope she doesn’t actually leave before I get the chance to start a new chapter with her.
Anyways, sorry if this gave you an aneurism reading, thanks for your time anyways haha.

Both for my colony (building castles etc etc) and the world/enemies
I don't mind if there are remnants of high tech but it shouldn't be researchable or usable, especially not by enemies.
I wouldn't mind being able to use farming robots.

I've been using Stan's Notubes sealant ever since I went tubeless a few years ago, but I feel like it's not doing much. It just doesn't seem to seal even really small holes, unlike all these weird Youtube videos where people ram thick screwdrivers through tires and shit just seals up almost instantly. That couldn't be further away from my reality.
I read a few tests over the years and read lots of posts, and Stan's certainly seems to be around the top sealants people use, but at this point I am open to trying something else. I prefer longevity, because taking tires off every... month? and cleaning them is annoying as hell. That being said, it's probably not a good idea running one sealant for over half a year like I've been doing, right?... It's not dried up or anything like you can see on photos on the internet, but the volume is certainly lower, and it's probably degraded.
What do people around here use, and how often do you replace it?

Guys am I crazy or is the easiest advent boss easily the bee so I’m pretty early game and I’ve just been most of the advent stages last month on the second, I beat my first TruForm advent stage of the Bee and so whenever queen became around again, I want to try getting slime and I am telling you it only took me about a five attempts, but I beat it and I got slime cat before I got any other advent true form so am I crazy? Today, I opened this post and saw someone recommend Desta by Adams Point. I actually remembered this place, because my wife and I walked past it on the second day of its soft opening almost 2 years ago. We said we'd come back to check it out eventually. After seeing that post, I was inspired to finally take us there!
Well long-story short, my wife and I just went today and it was absolutely incredible. The food just absolutely filled our soul. And part of that might be because the owner was so sweet to us. It felt like we were visiting her home and being served lunch.
My favorite part: A man from the neighborhood stopped by just to chat. The owner (?) then showed us this tradition where you roast green coffee and carry the pan over to the guests to share the aroma. She even offered to pour us a cup even though she was making it for the friend who stopped by! As I'm typing this post, I tried to look for specifics and actually found there's a whole wikipedia article about this ceremony: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Coffee_ceremony_of_Ethiopia_and_Eritrea
We just felt so warm and fuzzy from that who interaction. I can't imagine having that experience anywhere else. I love Oakland man. Felt like we found the true meaning of Thanksgiving today.
