Hi all! Does anyone have any advice for a 7 week old who is waking up every 90 minutes at night crying for a pee diaper to be changed? She absolutely hates being in a pee diaper and will not stay asleep if she isn't changed. She's not interested in eating most the time so I know it's not hunger. As soon as I change her she falls back asleep. Is this a situation for an overnight diaper? If so, any advice on which brand? We currently use Dyper size 1, and prefer TCF.

I have a male colleague I’ve liked for a long time, but we only get along on a very superficial level. If I may say so, I’m a pretty and attractive girl, and I’ve noticed several times that he watches me from a distance for extended periods, and it seems like he’s nervous around me—avoiding eye contact, for example. However, he hasn’t really initiated conversations with me yet.
From these things, I’ve gotten the impression that he might like me, but it’s entirely possible I’m wrong. I was thinking that now, with Christmas coming, I could surprise him with something. I’d give him a funny Christmas card featuring a tattooed Santa because his hobby is tattooing. This would make my gift more personal. On the back, I’d write something like, “Would you like to grab a hot chocolate with me?” or some other lighthearted text.
I thought I’d call him aside to a private room where it’s just the two of us and give it to him there. I’d explain that I’m giving it to him with the intention of getting to know him and that he doesn’t have to respond right away.
I know it’s generally not a good idea to get involved with colleagues, but he’s expected to leave the company next year, and I’ve liked him for a year now. I want to know if I stand a chance with him.
What do you think—is this a good idea? How would you react to such a gesture? I don’t want to come across as pushy.

2024.12.01 07:42 kk_olay How long did it take you to learn muting with fretting hand?
To keep it short, I cannot mute for the life of me. I’m a complete beginner (played guitar a few years ago) and I have really small hands.
Even when I lift my finger from the string it rings or makes a sound which is really annoying because I often have to move my hands quickly to reach other strings. I’ve been practicing this for almost 2 weeks and no progress at all.
How long did it take you all to nail it? And please leave any tips or advice!! I know it’s possible I just don’t know HOW

Seems from the revealed manhwa monarch heirs and from ones I heard about in the novel months back seems all the revealed female monarch heirs are pretty humanoid while the male monarchs are pretty inhuman curious if any new monarch heirs keep this pattern or some that divert from this?
From what I understand when the monarchs were being hunted down and killed off by jinwoo they left heirs in their place to eventually gain their powers was that the extent of their plan why didn't they think the heirs would be killed off too eventually?
Also from what I heard jinwoo originally planned for his son to inherit his monarch powers but for whatever reason he convinced Antares to make suho his heir so does this happen before the main ragnarok story? If not than did Antares have an heirs already prior to suho?
Lastly I hear jinwoo made the new system for his son so I'm assuming he created the new feature to combine with monarch heirs so did jinwoo somehow know they would be helping his son at some point?
