Hello. Any suggestions for getting marketplace insurance with the broadest PPO network in the country. Willing to move to any state. Desperate
Longer story-I have long covid and am insanely worried as to how the upcoming BCBS PPO changes will affect me. Formerly an epidemiologist, I've now been staying all over the country trying to get good medical care for long covid (which is a myth, but I'm trying). Been able to at least try to do that with a greeaat BCBS PPO plan from the IL marketplace. With their upcoming changes, I'm concerned that they will make it hell to approve prior authorizations for seeing out of state providers. I travel all over the country trying to get care to get my life back, but since long covid is still a new disease, it's been horrible. Because of this amount of traveling, i can establish residency in any state at this point.
With that backdrop, what state marketplace individual PPO plan offers the maximum flexibility to see providers nationwide? Any input would be highly appreciated since I have to plan to move to that state before open enrollment's Dec 15th deadline. Thanks a ton for your input!

3) Not citing any other reasons, no mention of "moving on with my life", or anything along those lines. Only management is mentioned.
4) The fact the she doesn't get any degree of affiliation like the last two grads have gotten
Obviously, and unless you want to be a pedantic smartass, reading between the lines clearly hints that she is leaving with the chief complaint being her active dislike for management. The details are where one would speculate, but I think most can be in agreement with the first part.
However, it's not all bad news. I think she will be back. Vtubers under the Hololive label have a proven track record of being able to preserve an audience even after going indie, especially recently hint hint. It's actually amazing because their audience numbers are similar to their numbers under Hololive. As a result, I think Fauna will be back, and this is good news in a way because she will be able to do what she wants to do without any restrictions. I think she will be happier this way. Time will tell, but I don't necessarily see this as a bad thing for Fauna.
However, there's definitely something going over there that will possibly be directly addressed or mentioned in the near future.

Exactly what the title says. I press "X" on my keyboard and for some reason she decides to hop off? The conduit BRIEFLY (for a fraction of a second) offers the "X to insert key" prompt but its nothing more than a deception. This is saddening as a Yareli main. I prefer to use her Guardian Merulina augment over Loyal Merulina but it doesn't work the same way so I can only use it in Exterminate bounties instead of disruption.

I’m posting on behalf of my sister as she doesn’t want her husband to know of her account:
I moved overseas for my husband. I had my nikkah 6 months ago and just started my husbands paperwork to come to the U.S.
When I first moved there, I was so used to him being at home the first 3 months. He was going to work for start-up company (I moved to the Middle East) and from our nikkah to the date his position started, we got to travel and really enjoy our marriage. It wasn’t perfect and we had our fights here and there but nothing an apology couldn’t fix
I came to visit family in the states to sign some paperwork on an apartment for my parents. He’s been working nonstop which I’m thankful for. He works 6 days a week and almost 8-10 hours a day. I’m trying to find a job out there but many job postings here don’t want foreigners. I’ve applied to remote jobs to no avail. We recently moved to a new city which is a busy city but there’s no public transportation and we have only one car. The part of the city I live in is basically the edge of the city where it takes a good 30 minutes in the car to get “in the city” if that makes sense. Nothing is walking distance but the local market which I avoid as it’s mostly men who cat call women who come alone.
I signed up for Arabic classes online as the ones in person are too far for me to go to. My days are so lonely that when I’m home, I just talk to myself. I finish my chores, workout at home on the treadmill, do my classes, have his dinner ready, by the time he comes home he’s too exhausted. I don’t blame him for being tired.
He’s too tired to talk, cuddle, be intimate, or take me out to dinner. On his day off, he wants to relax which is one day of the week and truly don’t blame him. The issue is, I feel like I’m going nuts from loneliness and feel neglected.
I’ve had the conversation with him about how I feel and how I’ll try to be stronger and all he could muster was “the women in this country stay home.” I replied politely that at least they have friends and family whereas all I have is him. (My husband’s family live entirely in another country)
Sometimes I sit at home and have an internal battle because I’m angry at our situation. I bring up going back to the states until his paperwork goes through but he wants me to be with him until then since HES lonely -ironic argument.
We’re about to start trying for a baby and I can’t keep putting this off as I married at 37.
Can someone please give me advice?

FOMO is short for "Fear of Missing Out" for anyone who hasn't heard of this term before. I've come to realize that, the constant comparison between me and other people' kids by my AM ever since I was a kid has made me developed FOMO, and it's actually so ridiculous, I fear I have made it a habit of my own because my brain constantly compares myself to my friends, whenever someone is going on a vacation in another country that I have never been to, I instantly think: "Oh my god, why haven't I saved up enough money to go there yet?"; "Why haven't my physique looked as good as that one guy yet? Am I falling behind?? Am I a loser?", "Should I be jealous of that one friend who already landed a job that makes him 6 figure?". I know I shouldn't be overthinking so much like this but it's like I have always been taught to compare myself to others and it's something that I should instinctively do to be better but it also exhausts me mentally because I keep constantly thinking about wanting to achieve what other people around me have done. What do you guys think about this? Am I just being stoopid?
