I had my inguinal hernia repair ~2 years ago. It took ~6 months post surgery to get back into exercise/weightlifting/Muay Thai training. I would consider myself a casual athlete, hours of daily training.
There's been 2 periods since then where I may have overdone training and the hernia location starts hurting again, forcing me to take ~6 months off to wait until it stops hurting again before slowly getting back into any form of exercise.
I wanted to know if anyone else experiences something like this? The first time it happened I went to the doctor and did a CT scan, didn't see anything wrong.
Now it's happening for the third time and I'm losing hope I'll ever be able to train again. I just recovered from the last time...
Would love to hear other people's experiences. Thanks.

Im a f2p with around 100 pulls rn. Pity wise i will get a limited in around 10 pulls and character banner is guaranteed.
I want to get Mavuika and her weapon but i dont have any natlan characters ( didnt hit pity on kinich and lost 5050 on xilonen).
Should I wait for a xilonen rerun, get more copies of the Pyro ARCHon or get citlali so i have at least a bit synergy?

When i say unpopular opinions, i mean actual unpopular opinions.
I’ll go first:
I know some people don’t like emma’s Rhaenyra (myself included)…but i must admit i don’t like matt smiths daemon. He doesn’t feel like a cunning, hot blooded rouge prince, but instead a petulant man-child who tries too hard to assert dominance. I don’t get the hype for him, i really don’t.
I honestly think ewan would’ve been better suited for the role of daemon. He has the looks, the presence and the range. Imo he could pull off the rogue prince role very well. Not saying matt smiths a bad actor, i just don’t think he suits the role of daemon.

I'm a citizen and planned to study law for quite a while now. But, considering how oversaturated the market is in this country, I don't even know anymore. I'm not willing to work my mind off for 4 years just to get to a position of a beginner coder.
However, I do seek to get into political spaces in the future and a high status in general. I want to have as much positive impact, whether by my work or by earning enough to work on personal projects. It just seems that law is more suitable for those aspects of my future plan.

is this very bad?
Hello (: I just received my first 3d printer and I have been having a lot of fun. So far all my prints have worked flawlessly but when installing and trying out orca slicer I saw this bed mesh which gave me a fright.
Is this out of the ordinary? Is there something I have done wrong? Could there be an issue with my machine? Is this even something to worry about?
