Yes, I think it has to be 'possibility of becoming'. With the adjective, we say 'possible to become', but I don't think that's possible with the noun. It's always the "key to becoming" or the "key to success." Note the point here is that you add either a gerund (which is a noun) or a noun after " to ." Just cram it into your head. In this case, I would use 'becoming', the gerund form, not 'to become'. That is because 'to' is a preposition here and should be followed by a noun. It is the same construction used in "She is on her way to town." The 'to' is not the 'to' that is part of an infinitive as in 'to run'.

I own the beautiful Panasonic st60 that I bought in 2013. Still can’t believe how great the blacks look compared to my led.
However when I watch sports on it for some reason it’s become stuttery/jittery especially when the ball moves fast or players. Could I have changed something on the settings? Could it be a sign of age?

Hello folks,
I need help of someone who has idea on legal aspect of rental lease agreement and GST deduction of rent by registered lessee from unregistered lessor
I have a clause in my rental agreement: "The monthly rent of Rs. ..... (and subsequent increases) is inclusive of all taxes"
Does it mean the lessee cannot deduct any GST from us, given we are unregistered landlords and we are paying Income Tax on the Rental Income and filing the ITR for the same and lessee has to pay GST out of his pockets
The liability of gst deduction falls on who when my rent is paid inclusive of all taxes.
I don't mind taking professional help for addressing this, any one from bangalore would be preferable.

My current pc Cpu:R5 5600x Gpu:Msi 3060 Ventus 12gb Ram:Trident 2x16 32gb 3200mhz Mobo:asus b450-f gaming
I mainly play rust having almost 4k hours and looking for a frame boost and just overall smoother experience.Currently get 85 highest and lows of 50-55 frames Could the 5700x3d give me that boost or am I better off upgrading the gpu.I plan on going am5 with my second build but thought I would try to squeeze as much as I could out of my am4 build
I’ve been struggling making this decision dont know if the increase would be enough to be worth it.ive seen the 5800x3d is said to be the best am4 chip but that cpu is currently out of reach for me.

Theres this girl i used to like a lot in my school, but she had a relationship so i kind of gave up. She end her now ex broke up 4 months ago so i thought i could try and ask her on a date. I did and she said yes. We had a nice time, i took her to a nice restaurant and we just talked and ate. Afterwards we went to visit a friend of ours where it all went downhill. First off all my friend asked her how is her relationship with her ex now as they still hangout and have sleepovers. The girl i like replied with something like “ it isnt closed between them yet?” And i though why would she agree to go on a date with me if shes still talking to her. I started feeling off and just walked her to her bus home. Afterwards i messaged her somethibg like “sorry that i invited you on a date, if youre not over with her i wont interrupt” She sort of replied strangely? i just understand what she meant. She said : “no its okay i just have to sort it all in my head, thats the most important thing, ill explain it to you this way, i didnt mind spendind time with you, i enjoyed it but i dont know what is up and whats gonna be so most importantly i dont want to hurt you so ill rather give everything time so it can sort out and i cant act with empty head”. What does she mean? like is she planning to end it with her or just wait how it turns out and then choose me as a second option? I really dont know how to proceed in this and whether i should stop trying or not. This is my first time with a girl so im really confused. Any thoughts?

We’ve been dating for a couple months now but I recently asked her to be my GF and she said yes and even asked if I was serious and we had a deep conversation about it. I thought we were on good terms and nothing was wrong even talked to her this morning and everything seemed fine. Her birthday was today and all week she’s been telling me she works so we won’t be able to do anything today (so we did something earlier this week and I gave her a birthday gift) but a couple hours before her shift today she tells me she called in and her and a “Friend” are out Eatting and they’re going to the mall and i tell her ok have fun even though im kind of mad. Come to find out on top of all that she went to the movies with a guy that’s been commenting hearts on her Instagram and she has even liked the comments but she tells me he’s just a friend she met at a concert. Am I overreacting to all this even though I had to connect all the dots to find out it was him she was hanging out with.
