“Okay this sounds dumb, but hear me out. I have always been a picky eater especially when it comes to tomatoes. Ever since I was a kid my dad would make my spaghetti different from the rest of the house. I like having an essence of the sauce flavor on the noodles but not the overpowering flavor having noodles bathed in sauce creates. So, here's where it gets a bit odd, my dad would separate my spaghetti from the families after putting the sauce on and then would rinse the sauce off with the sink and strainer. I love noodles like this as it is a nice subtle tomato vibe given to the mild spaghetti.
“My (20) boyfriend (26) has known about this since we first started dating. He always told me my food habits were cute. We have been dating for almost three years now and moved in together at the beginning of the pandemic so we could be in lock down together. Ever since we moved in together he insisted on taking charge of cooking and all cooking related tasks (dishes, grocery shopping, etc) and he assigned me the role of cleaning the bulk of the apartment. We split other tasks pretty much 50-50 too.
“Everything was perfect and he always SEEMED so be making noodles the way I liked them when we had them. This was until last week when we last had spaghetti. We ate and everything was good but afterwards he started teasing my saying things like, "you really like your pasta with an 'essence' of tomato" and "how was your tomato 'essence' babe?" Always using finger quotes around the word essence. After a few comments I felt something was off and asked him if he had done anything differently with tonight's noodles than he usually does and he started laughing. When he finally stopped laughing he told me the whole truth while smirking. He said "I didn't do anything different than I USUALLY do. I have never been making it the way you have requested".
“Apparently the entire time we've been living together he's just been skipping the pasta sauce on my noodles entirely! He claimed that if I didn't notice for this long then it shouldn't matter that he is making dinner in a way that is easier for him. I disagree entirely. I think the lying was a huge breach of trust and so was the refusal to make dinner how I wanted. I have admittedly been acting passive aggressively to him since, but he thinks he did nothing wrong, that I'm overreacting, and that I need to let it go. AITA?”

In 30 seconds, I knew exactly who they were, and went on to QUICKLY learn; everywhere they lived, their other phone numbers, emails, court history (even tickets), financial and employment history, owned properties, social media profiles, even voting and registration history, relatives (including adult aged children) + on my way to learning the same about them. Also, because I knew her parents and siblings and in-laws then I could start my work on them too. By the time she'd match with me, I'd probably be able to know more about her family history (including generally) than she did.
What's worse, is that her profession makes it even easier for her to be (happily) lured into a trap (showing a house to a fake person).
She's proud of her job, but not very proud of her safety!

 | I have been into woodworking/furniture making for many years and I wanted to build a set of speakers to replace some old Polk audio bookshelf speakers I have. After some research, I decided on the Amiga floorstanders. I fell in love with one of the build pics shown on Paul Carmody’s website and wanted to make my own my own. I modeled the cabinets in Fusion based on a combination of the Parts Express knockdown kit and the dimensions listed on Paul’s website. The cabinets are constructed using 3/4” MDF with rabbets on the corners for added strength. I decided to purchase the PCBs for the crossovers for ease of installation and troubleshooting if needed. I mounted them behind the hole for the woofer for future access. The inside of the cabinets were lined in 1/2” acoustic foam and I added some additional Acousta-Stuf Polyfill over the crossover and to fill the bottom 1/4 of the cabinet. After making the MDF cabinets, I veneered the boxes with paper backed quarter-sawn cherry. I added a solid cherry baffle to the front with the recesses for the woofer and tweeter. The bases are constructed of two layers of MDF sandwiched together with some solid wood edge banding on the raw edges. I plan to use some 3/4” tall rubber feet to raise the speaker cabinets off the base. I am blown away with the sound quality from my first optest of the speakers. The inevitable happened, I got reinfected.
I went through all the stages of grief in the first days. Denial: it can't be that bad? Maybe I am one of the lucky few who gets miraculously better after reinfection? Bargaining: This isn't happening. Surely, I can do something still? Any tiny thing? I can't go back to lying around all day. Anger: I literally screamed. (I paid for that dearly.) This is so unfair. Depression: cried my eyes out. (Paid for that dearly too.) Scared for my future, if you can still call it that.
Today is the day I have to accept this setback for what it is. I will try and funnel my anger into practicing what I have learned the first time around. Pacing, avoiding stimulation of any kind, eating well, meditation/deep rest and lots of self compassion.
I am not sure if I'll ever get better. This might be something I have to accept as well, but I am not yet ready. I dare hope I will get better some day.

I'm an average student who passed 1st and 2nd year with help of PYQs and YT videos! Got marrow in 3rd year and watched most of 3rd year stuff but never solved mcqs or revised most stuffs from it properly! Passed 3rd again with PYQs and ofc marrow did helped too.
Started final year and I can't really understand Dr. Rakesh Nair's lectures to most of the parts as I said I'm average student who forgot the basic concepts! Tried Dr. Deepak marwah and I like his lectures!
If I'll have to do 1st and 2nd year subjects again for FMGE & PG then idk what to choose because I heard Dr. GRG is best for pharma, Dr. Preeti Sharma for path/micro who aren't marrow faculties. Idk about marrow's basic subjects faculty!
Also I'm considering BTR as it's been one of the sources of the rankers this year! Then also handmade notes which I never made!
My main focus is to pass my uni finals and FMGE tbh as I'm already late w preps due to some issues! So please suggest me what to do !
