I had a balloon sinuplasty on Nov 22. Tonight after I did a sinus rinse, a scab/snot clot started to break loose. I picked at it to get it out and a 1-inch strand of something came with it.
I have my follow up on Monday, Dec 2, to remove the rest of the packing. Did I screw anything up by pulling out that piece a day or so early?

Salut !
Je cherche à réaliser un truc un peu technique que je n’ai pas encore fait sur mon Pc.
J’ai actuellement un SSD de 120go avec mon OS (win 11) mais ça ne suffit plus. Il est blindé. J’ai tous mes jeux et données sur d’autres DD. J’ai libéré un autre SSD de 500go en le formatant.
J’aimerais copier mon OS sur le SSD de 500go et pouvoir booter dessus.
J’ai fait un clonage du SSD OS (A) de 120go sur le 500go (B). J’ai enlevé A de l’ordi pour relancer le pc avec B. Mais ca ne fonctionne pas et boot en mode réinitialiser Windows.
Est ce que vous auriez des pistes svp ?

I'm doing the F1 TTC Finale in a Ferrari and got B. I watched the time trial for the fastest Ferrari to get some tips and noticed that he's starting the race in 8th gear and a faster starting speed. How is this even possible? The race starts automatically controlled by the computer and I'm in 6th gear and can only get up to 7th before the first turn. How?

2024.12.01 07:30 Proteus2601 Gaming perfomance on PC extremely slowed down
I dual boot windows and Linux mint on my laptop with an integrated laptop GPU (RTX 4060). Yesterday, when I booted up windows, the drive where I play all my games, it opened up with app scaling increased. I fixed that from the settings menu, and when I opened up a game (cuphead) I noticed it was no longer running at 144 fps when vsync was turned on (my display runs at 144Hz) and instead at 40ish FPS. I then booted up elden ring which used to run perfectly fine and smooth but everything was slow, including the menus when you open up the game.
I did everything I could to try to fix the problem, making sure that the games were running on the NVIDIA GPU, updating drivers, downgrading drivers, uninstalling drivers and reinstalling them, removing unwanted programs from my boot drive, but nothing seems to work and the problem seems to persist. The GPU is working as it is utilised when running the game, along with some memory being used. Is there any fix I can use?

Jeg har slået bilen op både på tjekbil dk og på tinglysningen og begge steder fremgår det at der er pant i bilen, sælger oplyser dog at vedkommende har indfriet gælden pr 31.10.24. og jeg er opmærksom på at der kan gå nogle uger før panten bliver slettet efter indfrielse. Mine spørgsmål til jer er:
Kan sælger på en eller anden måde bevise overfor mig at panten er indfriet? Evt vise dokumenter for restgæld eller lign? Har jeg selv mulighed for at slå op et sted hvor meget der er tilbage på gælden og se at den er betalt ud? Bliver jeg bare nødt til at vente på at panten bliver slettet hvis jeg skal være helt 100% sikker på at den er indfriet?
