I see some job positions that might fit me well working at Exodus wallet, but over the years, I have also noticed that this position is added to their careers page and removed somewhat frequently. Is it toxic? Should it be avoided? Or does the management team set unrealistic expectations?
I'm not trying to turn our sub into /antiwork, but I just got fired from my own job in bitcoin mining this week. Another coworker was coincidentally fired on the same day and noticed I arbitrarily chose to leave one of our chat groups at work. This coworker noticed what I did and then reached out to me. We were both terminated as part of a cost-cutting motion at the company and we were delivered bull shit excuses for termination. Management was pretty two faced, but no labor laws were violated and any financial grievances I may have had would've been offset by legal fees, so I chose not to pursue legal action.
There was another company I had worked for that treated me great for four years, but unfortunately they had to change upper management (a few c-level employees), then this resulted in an injection of capital that cut our workforce to save money and I was a part of that round of layoffs.

Hi all,
I have a 2 pipe steam system that works well, but recently I noticed that this radiator was hissing and there was a little puddle of water under it. It looks like it has rusted a little hole somewhere in between the fins.
Do you think this is a DIY replacement job? Im not even sure where to find a replacement since most of the radiators I see online are the larger 1 pipe kind. This one is actually pretty compact, below a window, and there’s usually a metal grate that covers the front like it’s in a box. I’m in NY.

Sorry this is my second time posting but I really need advice. This is my second post on reddit so I hope I'm doing this right. I have come here because I really need advice. In 2022 me and my best friend at the time stopped being friends. I was going through a lot of mental health stuff and although I tried to keep it separate and not talk about it with her so it wouldn't worry her she was still worried about me. I overdosed once but after that I was starting to do better. I stopped taking a medication that I didn't necessarily need and I just put the pills somewhere else. My friend was scared I would overdosed again and told my parents. Although you can't overdose on those types of pills. I got angry with her because I was scared I would be put into treatment when I finally was getting better and I hadn't planned to take those pills. I wished she had just talked to me first instead of going behind my back. I told her I needed space and stopped talking to her for a while and a few weeks later I reached back out and she said she needed some space now. I was confused but gave her the space she needed. I kept checking in with her over the next couple months and she said it wasn't anything I did but that she needed to focus on her own mental health. I gave her her space but when I checked in with her again she said she couldn't come back to our friendship. I was hurt and angry and so sad. This was our first real fight and she was my closest friend. We did everything together. I loved her so much she was like a sister to me. I told her I would spend the rest of my life trying to forget her, i would hate her forever, and I felt she was being unfair. It's been three years and I can't stop thinking of her. I've finally gotten to a good place in my mental health and I'm doing so much better now but I miss her so much still. We haven't seen eachother since although one time she asked someone I went to school with how I was. I don't know what to do. We're both about to graduate and after that it will be too late. I've thought about her everyday since and I want to at least talk to her one last time or get some kind of closure. She meant so much to me and she always will.These past few years have felt so empty without her. I keep thinking of all the plans we made together. Should I reach out to her? I don't know if she'll even care but my heart hurts at the thought of not being able to talk to her one last time. Aitah?

I have replaced the beaters 2x and both chipped--3 counting the original. I was advised to lift the motor part by tightening/loosening the screw that holds the motor part to the base. That doesn't seem to work. The beater has scratched a small circle around the center of the bowl.
