Even though as far as I remember we never actually hear or see Voldemort producing one, I'd assume he can and it probably takes the shape of a snake.
But two thoughts I've had..
1: If he can't "love", how happy of a memory can he really have to use to produce the Patronus? Maybe his first time getting to Hogwarts? Maybe finding out he's a wizard?

I have been subscribing off and on to yhis model to a handful of years now, and some of the content she has sent me didn't need to be unlocked, so the onlyway I can view it is by either scrolling up in the chat for 1-2 years work of content to ping it, or everytime I hit gallery and scroll the grid of content and can't ping it for easy finding later on. And scrolling th chat to ping old content takes forever just to go 1 year back, like 30 minutes, purely because the website needs to take some time and load 1 stupid fucking message. They need faster server response for fuck sake.
I had already done this once before and pinned all the good content, then OF decided to get rid of all my pins going back 2 years. So now I have to do it all over again.
Sometimes OF pisses me off in the incompetence of the web developers. Add some QoL pah-leeaase!
