Hi! I am someone who is quite young. I have lately been getting into true crime stuff lately, especially some of the more morbid/creepy stuff such as unsolved murders, unsolved disappearances, unidentified bodies, etc. Some of the cases are quite fascinating! Anyway, I have been doing this for the last two months now, but I really want to stop. This content has been making me extremely paranoid, even in my relatively safe area, and concerned about the safety of myself and my loved ones. I have now routinely had sleepless nights thinking even the slightest noise means that someone is in the house and am now overprotective, especially of my little brother who frequently goes outside to play.
I really don't want to live a life like this. I hate this new paranoia I am having, and have been desperately trying to wean myself off this stuff for the last week or two, but every time I try, I get reminded of some weird case, instinctively look it up, and end up down the rabbit hole again, as I did tonight. I am honestly sick of it and I wish I never found this stuff to begin with, but I literally cannot forget this stuff no matter how much I try to distract myself away. Do you have any advice as to how to get away from this kind of stuff, or what kind of things you would do to get away from this true crime content?

I’ve hit a wall. I’m having so much trouble getting Cursor to write tests using Swift Testing. I’ve added the documentation, referenced appropriate pages on the web, created a testing strategy, etc. I just keep getting error after error.
Same for UI tests using XCTest.
Any advice on how to approach this? Is there a doc or cursorrules I could use for this?

Half-shaded but this critter is called a Gürt.
They're from a group of crashed humans who tried to travel to their second established planet. The humans learned to adapt to the dry canyons, deserts, and scrublands. They use these food-motivated horse-like lizards to traverse the harsh landscape.
The most "natural" Gürt have massive gecko-like feet, which act like snow shoes atop the sand dunes. When speeding to evade predators they rise to their back legs and sprint like waterwalking lizards! The more selectively bred Gürt have thinner toes and longer claws to climb canyon walls to help harvest crops or hunt craft prey.
They have thick "lips" to pick at sparse scrubs and lichens, and they are opportunistic omnivores. They are still like horses or massive monitor lizards; they can and will kill humans if they dont feel respected (they are impossible to starve willingly. If you dont feed them, THEY'RE GETTING FOOD OUT OF YOU). In times of desperation or drought, the females "lactate" water and ingested minerals through the striped ridges that line their ribs. Both sexes them these ridges visually. Males and females have manes that arch past their head to tail, yet only males have scruffy underbellies. They sound similar to camel groans, grunts, whines, and roars.
