How has this mission been for you all? Personally
It has broken me. While the assists are extremely easy to get, what's not easy to get is teammates who actually stick together and help the team. Instead what I've been served are teammates who will consistently solo dive, complain, then leave matches. If they don't leave then they just complain about no healing while me and the other support (if there even IS one) are being assaulted by the enemies dps and venom who will sneak into the backlines.

2025.01.18 05:10 Radiant-Ad-9753 My doctor got a drug approved with UHC- It's been nothing but headaches since then

My doctor had to obtain a prior authorization for medication called spravato from United Healthcare. It was not on the formulary. The first request was denied, and the second prior authorization with a doctor was approved. I did quality for the medication
Since then, every single claim from this provider (the last five in a row) have been singled out for a claim letter (basically a audit). This medication is not inexpensive, it costs over $1125 per dose, and I am unable to receive it without the visit to the provider because of REMS restrictions on administration set by the FDA. This feels particularly retaliatory as they were not auditing claims before this approval this and puts a undo administrative burden on the provider.
I called United Healthcare and they blamed it on a potential AI glitch. I filed a grievance. Their response was that " Are being placed on hold by program and integrity Unit for medical records" and I am assuming they meant the provider. But basically the response was that it's their right to do this
I now received a letter requesting that I make a payment to UHC for the first claim letter they approved for a overpayment with no explanation on how they came to that determination that I owe them the money. I feel like UHC is trying to intimidate me into stopping my treatment plan. (It's a ERISA plan, FYI)
Does anyone have any advice for navigating this?

2025.01.18 05:10 __gareth__ Can War Magic from Eldritch Knight be used to cast Booming Blade twice with Action Surge?

I've been tinkering with an EK using PAM, Pike with push mastery and Speedy. Basic play would be to Booming Blade, push the melee mob away and then step back 5 feet so it would likely need to move (triggering the BB secondary damage) and potentially move into my threatened area for the Reactive Strike reaction. Speedy is for the extra 10ft of movement because it would be very much movement based play and then for giving mobs disadvantage on opportunity attacks against me if required (e.g. multiple mobs, etc). There's Extra Attack and the bonus action from PAM in there too but I don't think those are relevant to my question.
Here are the relevant rules:
War Magic:

When you take the Attack action on your turn, you can replace one of the attacks with a casting of one of your Wizard cantrips that has a casting time of an action.
Action Surge:
You can push yourself beyond your normal limits for a moment. On your turn, you can take one additional action, except the Magic action.
Once you use this feature, you can’t do so again until you finish a Short or Long Rest. Starting at level 17, you can use it twice before a rest but only once on a turn.
Casting Time - One Spell with a Spell Slot per Turn:
On a turn, you can expend only one spell slot to cast a spell. This rule means you can’t, for example, cast a spell with a spell slot using the Magic action and another one using a Bonus Action on the same turn.
Booming Blade:
Casting Time: 1 action
You brandish the weapon used in the spell’s casting and make a melee attack with it against one creature within 5 feet of you. On a hit, the target suffers the weapon attack’s normal effects and then becomes sheathed in booming energy until the start of your next turn. If the target willingly moves 5 feet or more before then, the target takes 1d8 thunder damage, and the spell ends.
My reading is that if I Action Surged I could cast Booming Blade a second time using the EK ability because it's not the Magic Action and it's not using a spell slot. The movement damage wouldn't stack on the same creature because "the effects of the same spell cast multiple times don’t combine", so I'd need to split damage across mobs.
Is this correct?

Hey guys, so I'm a university student who needs Windows laptop for excel, because apparently some short cuts and tools we can't use on MacBook.
However, I'm also a photographer and videographer. Trying to get into paid gigs. And MacBook M4 Pro just seems super nice, as it's super powerful, stylish, and great battery life.
Would getting an emulator solve excel problem? Or should I get normal windows and desktop/gaming pc for editing? Thanks
